GoogleNick, Chris and Kane were amazing - I was a cynic and thought I could do it all myself. It proved to be a nightmare of hurdles for one reason and another, and everyone at Keatons worked really hard over the course of 18 months to get our flat sold and our house bought. What had started off as a simple cash offer from a friend of a friend collapsed and we went from one unscrupulous buyer to another and there is no way I could have navigated it on my own. We just wouldn't be in our lovely new house without their effort, simple as that. JP

I recently bought a property as an investment to rent out. During the process of finding appropriate estate agents to manage the property, I got in contact with Keatons in Canary Wharf. Following a short conversation Oli Cruikshank agreed to do a letting valuation on the property and during the process gave me a rundown of the property management packages that Keatons offers, in a clear and concise manner. At the end of the process after full consideration of rival offers, I decided to use Keatons. Keatons were very professional in the way they advertised the property, and showcased it in the best way possible. GoogleWe recently completed on our first property as homeowners with Kane at Keatons. I imagine the experience of buying a home is always overwhelming, stressful and busy, however from initial contact through to closing Kane was informative, prepared and helpful. He let us know who else was interested and general status updates without being pushy or over-bearing, and after a previous experience with another company, his laid back attitude of following our lead and schedule ultimately helped us decide to go with this property as we felt comfortable. We're still settling in but wouldn't hesitate to use them for another purchase and would happily recommend Keatons to friends.

GoogleI was in the market for 2 bed flat in the east and after being to all the other estate agents in the area, Keatons Shoreditch were from the onset the most serious about trying to find me the right one. My estate agent, Kane Griffin was unlike many other estate agents, being patient, professional and above all honest. After finding the right property within a couple of weeks, negotiations went smoothy and the sale proceeded. Although it wasn't the smoothest of purchases from then on out, it was in no way the estate agents fault. I would recommend to anyone Keatons Shoreditch if either in the market to sell or buy especially with Kane who without doubt fantastic and his job.

Ollie, our lettings agent, was terrific - really friendly, helpful and welcoming. From our initial viewing, through to the decision-making process and the paperwork etc, Ollie and Rebecca were informative and supportive.
