GoogleAfter needing to find a new flat on short notice, I contacted Foxtons for some viewings. I worked with Frieda, she was great and kept me informed about new properties and those which were not yet listed. She helped me find a great flat with everything I wanted, for a good price!

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleMy contract fell through after Foxtons failed to facilitate a negotiation, and now it’s been over 3 weeks and they haven’t returned my deposit which is several months income. No communication either. Would strongly discourage anyone from using this agency.

GoogleA real refreshing change to work with an estate agent that thinks outside the box. We asked to view a property and not only did our sales negotiator Kevin Patel accommodate this, he also helped us to maximize our time by additionally arranging viewings for other similar properties also matching our criteria in the same evening. He also went above and beyond by arranging for us to speak to a very savvy competent mortgage advisor Annabel Dixon, who gave us a break down of the options available to us. As we all know looking for a property can be very stressful but Kevin's use of initiative and pro-active approach made this a good experience.
