Trustpilot62d Stanhope Gardens
Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

TrustpilotFailed to repay deposit
Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleI am very pleased with my experience at Foxtons with Veronique Baumgarten and cannot recommend her enough. From the moment she showed me the rental through to getting my offer accepted, she was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. My correspondence with Veronique and the Foxtons team was excellent. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe bought our first house with Gavie Raj from the Shoreditch branch. Gavie is great in what he does and during the whole process we felt that he was doing his best to help us find the right fit instead of pushing us for the sale. Thanks for a great customer experience.

We recently completed a particularly complex property transaction, and I can honestly say we could not have done it without the outstanding support of this estate agent.

TrustpilotBlatant liars - the most unprofessional service
We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

GoogleOliver Mint was excellent in negotiating the sale of our flat. He kept us up to date with all viewings and offers. It was third time lucky due to two people pulling out having made offers and then withdrawing.

GoogleI had a great experience with Azad. I could not imagine finding a better agent! As a first-time buyer he was very patient with me, as I had many questions and concerns. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Azad would also add 'transparent' ;) Thank you!

TrustpilotWe moved out of the apartment over…
We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.
