GoogleAlthough I didn't end up finding my apartment through them, I had a great experience with the Foxton's team, especially Frieda. All were super helpful and professional, highly recommend!

GoogleMy agent Paul was very professional and ending up putting up an offer for a great flat during the first viewing. All process since viewing until get the flat took less 48 hours. I would highly recommend using his Foxtons service. Thank you very much Paul.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFrieda was amazing! She helped me swiftly lock down an apartment that matched my criteria, and was really friendly and professional throughout. It was a very positive experience

GoogleFoxtons are not the cheapest in town when it comes to fees but they have the best customer service. Now I can't say the same about all agents but we worked with Eleonora and she was wonderful and very helpful. For the rest i can say that the agents are very professional and the company delivers on its promises.

worse agents i have dealt with, im not one to write reviews but i would not recommend Foxtons at all.

GoogleTerrible agency. They will not work to help you, if you have any problems you are by yourself. Michael - and probably the rest of team - is unhelpful and condescending.

Moved in on 10 September and by 13 September the ceiling was leaking, right under an old water-damage stain they absolutely knew about.

GoogleOur agent, Shanice-Chanel was very professional and effective. She listened to our requirements and provided us with a list of flats to view. We ended up putting up an offer for a great flat during the first viewing. I would highly recommend using her service.

From my experience, borderline incompetent.

GoogleI have had excellent experience in dealing with Immy. He is always punctual to appointments and communication is brilliant. I would highly recommend in liaising with him if you purchase a property from the Shoreditch branch.

GoogleMy experience of Foxtons, from the moment of valuation, has been one of professionalism and transparency. This is a premium product. All of the negotiators have been professional, and I’m really pleased with the work they've all put in to sell my flat and find me a replacement. The different offices (in this case Hackney and Shoreditch) work together seamlessly. Oliver Mint and Oliver Sharp in particular are highly recommended.

GoogleI have always had a brilliant experience with Foxtons. I have had good people looking after and they always get me good reliable tenants. They are quick, efficient and thorough. I have used them for over 3 years now and will continue to do so! Esin has been particularly great to deal with!

GoogleI had a great experience working with Foxtons for finding a flat in such a hectic market. Shanice, and Jenalyn, were very committed in their task, and it was a true relief to find them. Definitely the best service out of all the other agencies I spoke to along the process of finding a flat to rent. I’d add that it was a quick and efficient process, with a contract signed within the day of the offer. Thank you very much! Would recommend.

GoogleCharlotte, at Shoreditch, has been extremely helpful in finding us a property. She has listened to the brief, and understood it, and then been very helpful in showing properties. Because of time constraints this has included her working on Sundays and days off. Eventually when a property came up we were the first to see, and able to get the deal done. Thank you very much.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Charlotte during the search for our first property. Although we didn't end up purchasing our property through Foxton's, Charlotte played a crucial role in helping us figure out what was right for us. She was knowledgeable about the market, and her responsiveness and availability made arranging viewings a breeze. All in all, a great help throughout our house-hunting journey!
