GoogleGreat experience so far with Foxtons Shoreditch! Working with Billy and Harry and everything has been explained clearly and moved very smoothly and quickly. It’s my first time dealing with bidding/negotiations etc and found them to be super professional and helpful in these. Plus they found me the perfect flat so I have real trust in the team for rest of process. :)

GoogleHad the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Frieda who was exceptional. We were looking for an apartment through multiple agencies but knew we would have preference for a property that Frieda had shown us due to her great service. She was professional, patient and genuinely cared about us finding our new home. We were shown several homes and she took our feedback on board to be able to narrow down our search and secure a property within a week, would highly recommend.

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of the Foxtons team! Frieda and Adele in the Shoreditch and Angel teams were absolutely brilliant in helping my girlfriend and I find a bunch of properties that fitted perfectly within our spec, budget and location requirements. They took time over the phone to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for and immediately began putting together a shortlist of properties over email. Once we selected a number of properties from their lists (10-15 in the end!), we met with Frieda in Shoreditch followed by Adele in Angel and they couldn't have been more professional and informative. We had loads of questions and they couldn't have done more to help. Really impressed with the service from Foxtons, would definitely recommend!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI usually don’t leave reviews, but I hope my time prevents others from receiving the unprofessional, untrustworthy and tremendously low client service that we received. Their agents make agreements and then, through their managers, inform you that such agents had no authority to make those agreements (which they never warned you of) and that whatever was not written in the contract will not be binding (after you’ve signed the contract). They take weeks to respond despite multiple emails, phone calls and text messages and they deny any kind of responsibility. And they took no sanitary precautions considering Covid times.

GoogleWe are extremely happy with the service recently provided by Foxtons in reletting our flat. They were able to find new tenants quickly despite the covid difficulties. Their representative, Tim Watson, was particularly helpful in keeping us well informed at all times and also in taking the initiative in sorting out problems for us, arising in respect of the statutory requirements for the inspection of electrical fittings and also the professional cleaning of the flat. GoogleGreat service so far from Foxtons Shoreditch - had a really good experience with consistent communication across our 3-4 month ongoing search. Our agent Alex Green keeps in regular contact shows she is looking for a property to fit our requirements even when i haven't been in touch for a while, reliable with viewings and flexible with times etc. Our communication has always been friendly and informative but never overbearing or pushy. Hopefully we find something right for us soon!
