GoogleThey would not stop calling me, even after specific requests to be removed from the calling lists. Eventually, I had to make a GDPR request with their head office to have my data removed.

GoogleGreat service so far from Foxtons Shoreditch - had a really good experience with consistent communication across our 3-4 month ongoing search. Our agent Alex Green keeps in regular contact shows she is looking for a property to fit our requirements even when i haven't been in touch for a while, reliable with viewings and flexible with times etc. Our communication has always been friendly and informative but never overbearing or pushy. Hopefully we find something right for us soon!

It can be a stressful business trying to manage a property from a distance but I definitely relaxed with you handling things. GoogleReally great experience with Shanice. Had to find a flat to rent short notice and within 1 day, had 2 viewings. Liked one of them and on that day was able to lock it down and do all the paperwork the same day. Super fast, clear and efficient. Their online system is well designed and easy to use as well.

GoogleWe are currently selling our flat through Josh Whelan in the Shoreditch office. I have been thoroughly impressed with his manner, proficiency and proactive nature throughout the process. Even though I am not one to count my chickens, his way of dealing with issues that may of potentially cost the deal have been exemplary. I have no doubt that a lesser agent may have seen the transaction fall apart. Now fingers crossed we exchange!

She gave us a completely different outlook on the properties we were looking for and had shown properties that we loved that we had not even considered initially. Her enthusiasm and positive charisma truly made property viewing with Foxtons an enjoyable experience.

GoogleOne of the most unresponsive and uncaring agencies out there. Post renting through them none of my email queries were responded anymore. After I vacated the property they didn't check for 10 days to claim that the property was not clean.
