While I have still not found my ideal property yet (I admit I have stopped looking for some time now), Diego at Foxtons Shoreditch has been a great resource. He is helpful and determined and despite not being able to reach me easily (I often can't pick up personal calls at work) he is patient and does not give up! Despite not hearing from me for several months, he has tried to contact me and has not forgotten that I am searching for a property, which is helpful and is a sign of dedicated customer service. He works hard and is determined to find something that suits your budget and your needs. I hope that I will find my ideal property with Foxtons, because I know I will be in good hands.

Klaudia Kocot from Foxtons Shoreditch was an excellent agent. She was knowledgeable and thorough, making a clear effort to genuinely understand my requirements. She then organised the best possible set of viewings based on market inventory and was even able to setup an additional viewing while we were out. She had an infectious enthusiasm and genuine openness that I think eludes most agents, and I felt comfortable in trusting that she had my best interests at hand. Brilliant service provided by Foxtons Shoreditch. This was my first experience letting a property as a landlord, and Daniel Fox was very patient and helpful in explaining all the details to me before I finally decided to instruct Foxtons as my letting agents. From then on the service provided was truly professional, from advertising the property to providing detailed feedback after each block of viewings. Within a couple of weeks I received a few offers which was a very good turnaround. The process after a tenant was found was very slick and professional, with Foxtons' online portal and Daniel's involvement making the process very quick and easy, which is ideal for me as I work full time. Thanks Daniel, and Foxtons, for successfully letting my property in such a short space of time - 1 month after I purchased the flat they found a tenant who has now moved in - great work!

An absolutely despicable organisation - repeatdely ignored. Never picked up on - months of anxiety, stress and worry. I call and they hang up on me - we were signed onto a new tennancy without our consent. Whatever you do do NOT SIGN UP to any tennancy with foxtons.

I cannot recommend Foxtons in Shoreditch highly enough. I recently bought a flat through Gavie and Karen. They consistently went over and above to make the purchase went as smooth as possible. Gavie was extremely accommodating when it came to viewings. He worked around my schedule and offered to do viewings after hours. He understood our requirements and knew exactly what we wanted straight away. Foxtons had the best quality properties and the most stock. He was always contactable over the phone / text, especially important during the negotiation phase! Karen provided reassurance and support throughout when a number of problems arose. She too was always contactable and knew just what to say. She went beyond her duties once we were in the new flat to make sure that we were happy. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and will certainly be using Foxtons when I come to sell! Thank you Gavie and Karen!

After 2 days of viewing with various agents my daughter and I found Gavie from Foxtons to be the most helpful, informative and professional agent we encountered. He was friendly without being over-familiar. Helpful without being pushy and very accommodating to our ever diminishing time and changing of times etc due to poor time keeping of other agents. He collected us from the bus stop and made us feel calm after a stressful day! Sadly my daughter was not in a position to proceed with any properties Gavie showed us, however, we would not hesitate to recommend Foxtons because of the good experience we had. Extremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.

I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.
