Poorest service I have ever experienced in the UK. Please avoid if you can. They don’t provide inventory report even if we chased it for many times. We had to make a report by ourselves. The property manager (Jane) is really incompetent, always doesn’t reply emails on time and even cannot figure out our tenancy end date. I had to email her many times to fix her mistake. Never fix the issues in our flat even if I reported them many times. And now they are charging us a £3000 commission fee for changing new tenants (we are the current tenants) but it’s the landlord tell them to find new tenants….

Highly recommend Gavie Raj. He was attentive, well informed and prompt from the get go. No question was too silly or too much to ask for his help on and you felt he was being open and honest about everything! It really made a difference having him as an agent when any difficult arose. I am a landlord. I had extremely bad experiences with Foxtons. Huge let down with very high fee and poor service. Always make false promises to the landlords and tenants alike and then backout once the tenancy goes through. Once they get their commision, they stop bothering with any problems arising.

A huge disappointment from start to finish

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

Recently purchased my first home using Foxtons and I fully recommend using their service. Gavie was very quick and responsive when it came to finding a range of homes within my budget and in the areas i liked. We quickly found a home that i loved and was able to get an offer accepted. I am a (surprised) Foxtons convert. My initial thought process: surely if your property is on Rightmove it doesn't matter who the estate agent is? Well, we tested that for 5 months with another of the industry leading agents (who fees were less than half) and had three prospective buyers come through our doors in that entire time. With no progress being made we switched to Foxtons on the advice of our neighbour. We're glad we did. Within a week we had two viewings.. Within 8 weeks we had several more and a full cash offer. I can highly recommend the team for doing their jobs efficiently. Andrew and his team delivered what they said they would in a timely fashion. In particular, Austin, who led the sale was extremely professional and was good at communication throughout the entire sales process which was particularly appreciated. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.
