We were served by Long Nguyen when looking for a two bedroom apartment in Shoreditch. Long sat with us on Tuesday, interviewing us on what our preferences are, created a list to view the day after, and by Wednesday afternoon we had made an offer to the place we liked the most, and closed that on Thursday. Long was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and really knew the apartments and the neighborhood. We had a great experience.

It was a pleasure working with Charlotte. I was keen on one of her assigned properties but I ended up going for a different one in the end. Charlotte was really professional and helpful. I had very specific criteria and she addressed my issues with the property's seller and tried to get it sorted for me and find other properties that matched. I have used Foxtons for around 15 years now and always found their service to be outstanding. I recently engaged Foxtons of Shoreditch to assist me find a new home. I had the pleasure of speaking to Billy Smith who took the time to understand what was important to me and arrange viewings for potential properties. After two viewings an offer was made, and fair agreement reached with the vendor on a sales price. Foxtons worked to my quick timescales to circulate a memorandum of understanding and the vendor worked quickly throughout the process. The whole purchase took around 6 weeks in total and at every step of the journey I received updates from Billy Smith. I would strongly recommend Foxtons to anyone who is looking for a quality property transaction. Efficient, great communication and transparent in their approach.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, LOST 2K DEPOSIT WITH COMPLETE GHOSTING AFTER CHECK OUT. My 5 star review during the move in process has been edited to 1 star given the lack of communication and unprofessionalism I've experienced with the team during move out. My deposit deductions have only been proposed 4 days after the legal deadline and now it's 8 days past the deadline and I still haven't received it back. During my tenancyc they've been extremely unresponsive and careless with my property management requests. It took them 5 months to get a broken blind fixed, making me have to cover the windows with a blanket each night myself due to this. Avoid working with Shoreditch Foxtons at all costs. They give you a stellar move in experience but then completely disregard you as a tenant after. They have officially eaten my deposit and are not responding to me. 2K GBP down the drain. I am out of options

I've recently started renting from Foxtons. They are both the letting agent and the managing agent. I have never paid so much for such a bad service. None of the extractor fans work, my heating doesnt work, the curtain rods are bent and now one has fallen off & luckily no one got hurt because they have taken so long to resolve the issues. I'm wondering is this even legal?

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

Usually estate agents don't get a good rep, but I have no words to express how good Robert Dowe was. In a market that has literally gone mad, he found us an apartment in two days, right at the location we wanted, and for the right price. Do NOT rent from Foxtons, they showed me an idyllic flat in a great location, which I loved. However, upon moving in after two weeks,I discovered mould, leaks that was very damaging to my belongings. When I threatened to move out, they did nothing of the situation and forced me to pay early move out fees. The tenant after had the same issues and Foxtons was incredibly uncooperative to the point where we had to take legal action. Do your due diligence when renting from them. They pulled a fast one on me and DID NOT do anything to help.
