TrustpilotFive years a tenant, then a masterclass in incompetence at the end
I rented a property managed by Foxtons for five years and one month. We paid rent on time every month and never had a complaint raised against us. Then we tried to leave.

GoogleWe worked with Billy at Foxtons, and were really pleased with the efforts made on the negotiations, to get a sale over the line, at a price we were happy with. We also were pleased with the tenancy service, which helped to give us some useful extra income for the period between moving out and sale.

GoogleWe had a really good experience searching for a property to let with Foxtons. Cameron was extremely helpful and responsive in helping with our search. Although we ultimately found somewhere through a different agent, I would highly recommend using Foxtons in future. One of the best agents I have dealt with

GoogleThroughout the process, Rochelle was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to answer my questions. Her prompt replies and willingness to help made the experience as stress-free as possible and straightforward. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry and the letting process.

GoogleExcellent service from Long from start to finish. Knowing that I am quite complicated person when it comes to apartment choices. he knew how to be patient and try to offer me the best apartments on the market. I highly recommend it if you are looking to move. Thank you Long for your service .

GoogleCharlotte was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly diligent in her property search with a real focus on my preferences. As a first time buyer I was a little apprehensive of the process, but she really made me feel at ease and helped me figure out what I really wanted from my first home. Highly recommend!

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices. The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission. As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

GoogleFoxtons have been managing couple of my places for few years now and since Rauf Mustapha took over being our main contact things have been very smooth. He always answers the phone to my randomly timed calls, always follows up, super professional, knows the market etc Just a Kudos that we appreciate his work and time on our properties

GoogleMellissa recently managed the process of reletting our flat. The service she gave us was brilliant. She listened to our views on potential tenants and I had complete confidence in her from the first conversation. She was efficient and thorough achieving a really good letting agreement, going above and beyond to overcome the inevitable glitched while remaining so approachable , friendly and knowledgeable. If letting again I would definitely work through her as absolute preference and a great ambassador for Foxtons.

GoogleIf you want an honest no-nonsense estate agent who you can trust completely then choose Foxtons especially Billy and Charlotte. They are so supportive from start to finish and always went the extra mile when required , especially when aspects of the sale became quite challenging . I cannot thank them enough.

The worst and the most disgusting service ever! They agreed with a young lady and her elderly parents on my property for renting even though I had rejected the application.

GoogleAs a new landlord, I had a fantastic experience with Foxtons in Shoreditch. Jenalyn was a real professional from the beginning, visiting my flat in person and walking me through the entire process. Throughout, she was very communicative on WhatsApp, answered all my questions and we ultimately secured a tenant very quickly.

I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.

GoogleGavie and Billy at Foxtons were great to work with. Gavie really pushed for me to see the flat that I offered on and exchanged on today! Billy was involved in all of the post offer shenanigans and was really helpful and calm when things got stressful. Highly recommend the team!

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Foxtons while going through the stressful process of buying my first property. Gavie Raj was there from the very start and was always easily contactable, responsive, professional and helpful - I couldn't ask for a better estate agent! GoogleHad a good experience with Foxtons finding a place to rent. Rauf was my agent who was quick to pick up on my requirements and advise me on areas/flat types etc. He was an excellent communicator, fast to respond. Overall I could feel this was a professional service and it took a lot of the stress out the process. Thanks again!
