From start to finish an absolutely stunning experience. As a first time renter after my 17 year relationship broke down I contacted blue residential to request a viewing on an apartment and I met Dan. A lovely welcoming guy who talked me through every step of the way from viewing to applying to moving in. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Carol also kept in touch with me via text and email throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. I felt welcome and supported the whole way through the experience and can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of people to help me. 100% would recommend blue residential to anyone looking to buy rent or sell a property. Absolutely 10 out of 10 - the whole package!! There really aren’t enough good words i can say about this little business and the lovely people who run it. Phenomenal!!

TrustpilotOne of the best letting agencies I've dealt with
I'd never heard of Blue Residential before but we found a really nice apartment to rent in Horsforth through them. We applied and the whole process from start to finish was fast and easy. I'm always a bit dubious with letting agents because they're in the middle of you and the landlord/lady so you expect things not to go quite smoothly, this wasn't the case. Within the first month there were issues. The oven was unreadable from heavy cleaning, it was replaced within a day. Following this, the shower, washing machine & boiler broke. Other than the boiler (due to part lead times) everything was fixed within a day or 2 & on top of this, Blue arranged for the carpets to be cleaned around the leaking boiler. I am hugely grateful to Carol who trusted us with her mobile number for emergencies or informal requests. As such we had an emergency tap leak at 10pm at night and as soon as i sent an email, I received a text from Carol checking in and ensuring everything was fine which it was in the end. At time of writing, I'm with my fourth letting agency and I've got to say of all of them, Blue Residential have been the best, most helpful and easiest to deal with of them all. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to rent. Thank you Blue Residential.

I've used Blue's tenant find service for a number of years now and am pleased to report that they went that extra mile during lock-down to find new tenants. In addition to their usual good customer service - they answer the phone promptly and respond timely to requests - Dan took the trouble to compile a professional 'video tour' so prospects could view without actually visiting the property. This paid dividends. He then took the trouble to discuss the prospective tenants - pros and cons - prior to signing them up. I found his knowledge about the local rental market valuable. Concerns about affordability were overcome with a parental guarantee. In short a strong recommend - I'm about to use them again

My dealings with Blue, both on the lettings side, and finally when I came to sell my property, have been beyond excellent. I live in Brighton so came to totally rely on Blue’s help and experience. I have been involved with property for years and I have to honestly say I have never come across the professionalism that I have experienced with Blue Residential. All female led, and the only other time I came close to it, was with a one woman letting/sales agency with a property I had in Hastings. What is it about the efficiency of women! There are very few agencies that I have come across in my career, that have shown the professionalism of this company. Thank you Blue Residential. I am indebted to you.

I have no hesitation in unreservedly thanking the staff, specifically Jane and Gill, at the Guisley office of Blue Residential Estate Agents.By taking cognisance of the urgency with which I desired to conclude the letting/tenancy transaction they succeeded in getting the whole thing done, from initial viewing to getting the keys, promptly and efficiently within 6 days. They kept me appraised of progress every step of the way and responded unhesitatingly to any and all of my enquiries. They continue to ensure the right type of long term tenants are found for my property. They have been particularly helpful in introducing local trades who have assisted with my ongoing maintenance of the property. Blue sold our house for us and I would definitely recommend them. You get a personalised service and don't feel like one of many. I was impressed by their expertise and enthusiasm and they worked hard to get our sale through. This included monitoring the whole chain and chivvying things along. They kept us calm when the inevitable problems of house moving turned up and sorted them out efficiently. On one occasion, one of their team came straight round to our house when we had a drain problem and sorted the whole thing out, arranging a visit from their handyman and arranging a drain repair company. They did more than just sell the house they took lots of strain off us. The staff members are a pleasure to deal with and are knowledgeable and communicative. I would say they definitly earned their commission.

I was a tenant with Blue Residential for over a year and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with. From managing the paperwork at the beginning of my lease to handing over the keys when I left, the service I received was flawless. They made the process of renting a property easy and transparent. GoogleI was looking at access for shops etc on the high street and it just shows what you don’t see ! There are two doors to this place . The bottom one has a step but around the corner of the shop is another door which appears flat and level . I couldn’t test it as the place was closed but I get the feeling it may be wheelchair accessible. I am a bit careful making this assumption because the doorway hasn’t been altered from original yet that I can see .
