GoogleThe worst experience I have had with agency. They took my deposit and their services were very bad. I had many issues in my flat and told them without responding. I don't recommend them at all. Don't be with them

Hi Ahmed. We welcome reviews like this. It shows we are doing our job correctly and professionally. Your deposit was not entirely held. However, and amount was retained to affect substantial cleaning and repairs to the property, including removal of the carpet you had adhered to the timber engineered floor finish of the apartment. We are not sure why you would expect anything different after these actions. You clearly cannot have been too unhappy in your tenancy as you were in the property nearly 2 1/2 years.

They got through the paperwork and references in double quick time and I was able to move in within a week of viewing the fat.
