I have worked with Blue Residential now for about ten years. Dan, Carol and the rest of the team are always very friendly, professional and dependable. They continue to ensure the right type of long term tenants are found for my property. They have been particularly helpful in introducing local trades who have assisted with my ongoing maintenance of the property. It is for this reason I continue to use Blue Residential and strongly recommend them to any Landlords in the area.

A First Class Service

Blue sold our house for us and I would definitely recommend them. You get a personalised service and don't feel like one of many. I was impressed by their expertise and enthusiasm and they worked hard to get our sale through. This included monitoring the whole chain and chivvying things along. They kept us calm when the inevitable problems of house moving turned up and sorted them out efficiently. On one occasion, one of their team came straight round to our house when we had a drain problem and sorted the whole thing out, arranging a visit from their handyman and arranging a drain repair company. They did more than just sell the house they took lots of strain off us. The staff members are a pleasure to deal with and are knowledgeable and communicative. I would say they definitly earned their commission.

Called for a booking, told to email so i did, 3 days later called again, they will be delaing with bookings and will let me know - this was the response, not organised at all, no time frame given, no approx dates. GOD YOU WOULD ASSUME THEY ARE BUILDING THE PROPERTY THEMSELVES AND CANNOT GIVE A DATE TO VIEW AN APARTMENT THAT DOES NOT EVEN BELONG TO THEM. A pleasure to deal with

I was a tenant with Blue Residential for over a year and they couldn't have been nicer to deal with. From managing the paperwork at the beginning of my lease to handing over the keys when I left, the service I received was flawless. They made the process of renting a property easy and transparent. The staff are friendly and extremely capable. I would definitely recommend this estate agency to anybody looking to rent a property in the Guiseley/Yeadon area.

I was looking at access for shops etc on the high street and it just shows what you don’t see ! There are two doors to this place . The bottom one has a step but around the corner of the shop is another door which appears flat and level . I couldn’t test it as the place was closed but I get the feeling it may be wheelchair accessible. I am a bit careful making this assumption because the doorway hasn’t been altered from original yet that I can see .

My Landlord troubles sorted...

Blue Residential have been great for me. As a landlord I transferred to them about a year ago. All their services have been excellent . Tenant find , very quick, with none of all the usual hassle. There customer service and office staff are always pleasant and happy to help with any queries and they get things done !!I could not recommend Blue Residential more highly.. If you are a landlord I think Blue Residential are definitely worth talking too..

Stress free letting agent

Having endured the stress of trying to be a property manager and a landlord, I cannot recommend Blue Residential and Dan, in particular, enough.
