GoogleDan and Carol did a great job of switching my property around between tenants. We elected to do several pieces of maintenance/upgrades while the house was empty and these were done efficiently, to a great standard and very economically too. The nee tenants moved in very efficiently and are a great fit!

Not moved in yet but the experience has been brilliant and easy so far! Knowing a particular estate agent runs a property has previously put me off having a viewing! But Blue Residential have been so thorough and friendly! The viewing experience being Covid safe was easy as well as the set up process! So feel in good hands moving this time!

My husband and I have moved in to a lovely little cottage which we have rented through Blue residential. The whole experience from start to finish has been great. We have been dealing with Gill who has been super efficient from helping us get all the paper work sorted to a leaky tap which was sorted in hours. Couldn’t recommend this agency enough.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that Jane provided in these very difficult times. After months of clearing the property out during lockdown we eventually asked Blue To sell on our behalf. We couldn’t believe it was sold within a week. My son had to leave his halls due to the pandemic and unfortunately I could not accommodate him at home and needed a property in an emergency and the staff took the stress out of the situation for me, which I really appreciated.

Rude nasty woman at the guisely office put me off ever dealing with company again. She was beyond unhelpful,asking personal unrelated questions, arrogant,and completely unprofessional.
You contacted ourselves yesterday twice and today in relation to viewing a let property. Your phone call today was after you had already objected to questions being asked of you yesterday.It is quite normal to ask pertinent questions of a prospective tenant for our own security, given we meet you at the property, and to ensure that we are not wasting your, or our, time. Do you have any pets ? Is it for yourself or a couple ? This is not over zealous, was well intended, but you seemed to have objected to this. We need a basic understanding of who you are before we let a property that would be circa £180k in value. Your phone call this morning when you swore and put the phone down on our staff members highlights you are clearly not the tenant for our landlord's properties. The member of staff you refer to has 5*'s reviews below which consistently show her work ethic.
