Tho polite I found the communication from The Partnership at times terrible, the process was a complicated sale but really was made worse by the lack of telephone interactions, in 23 weeks we probably only verbally updated 3 times .. not sure I would use again .

I used the services of The Partnership for the sale of my property, recommended to me (as well as other companies) by Estate Agent. I chose The Partnership due to their online reviews and I can honestly say I definitely made the right choice, I received fantastic service from start (Lilian and Hirakshi) to finish (Abi). The portal was excellent and very user friendly. I managed to exchange contracts prior to the COVID 19 lockdown and somehow we managedto exchange 3 days prior to the completion date. The Partnership ensured everything was followed up even through these unprecedented times. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again when I manage to find a house to purchase. Law firm that uses technology to make house purchase as simple as it can be

Our flat vendor needed to exchange contracts quickly - the Partnership were able to do this within the tight timescale - in only 4.5 weeks from first contact to exchange of contracts, including all searches. Their portal had a very useful dashboard which could be checked frequently for progress (and it was) - they were very responsive, accessible and responsive. There were a number of quite complex legal issues which they successfully navigated in the tight time period. Our lawyer was Mekael who was always helpful, professional and available, as was Laura his assistant.

Visual pie charts to keep us updated

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.It wasn’t an easy transaction and Michaela & team handled it in a smooth and stress free manor.The online portal, summary of the progress pie chart and weekly update calmed our nerves. Sadly not as I expected

I had previously used the partnership for sale of my house and found it very efficient and professional. This time it was different. My portal was not updated and old info was left at the top of the messages list. Information was not forthcoming when I asked for it and it was avery confusing process. I had to complain once about delays in responding to my requests.

There were two different errors made. One was with the transfer of a large amount of money. OK.. these things happen. However, their first response to both errors, was that I had to take actions to correct their mistake.. Only my insistence on them sorting it out themselves had them do it. That's not my idea of great service. They were otherwise helpful and pretty efficient.

We’re using The Partnership in Guildford for a house purchase and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.Despite quoting 8-10 weeks for an exchange of contracts, they’ve managed to get everything done in less than half the time without any compromise of the quality or efficacy of their work.The team are very responsive in coming back on email, their online portal is extremely intuitive & easy to use and they have made what is normally a very stressful thing to go through extremely easy.Special mention to Oli and Lilian as well as the rest of the team!

First Time Buyer Experience

Initial contact was very fast and all my questions were answered, even when I needed some things explaining again. Weekly updates on their portal meant I was always in the know and their portal is super simple and has everything you need. You can view outstanding enquiries on there and see their updates as well. Access to documentation is fantastic and it is really easy to return documents to them. The live statement meant I always knew what was happening with my money and when. The team were fantastic and made my first time purchase much easier than a solicitors I had previously used. I was very very happy that I switched. Clear and transparent throughout! Great solicitors, made buying very easy

We recently used The Partnership as our solicitors in a property we were purchasing and they were fantastic throughout. Their portal made it easy to get in touch with them and upload any documents that they required, and they were always quick to respond to any queries that we sent to them.They made the effort to call and explain the situation when complications arose (not through their fault), and made sure that we always understood and were in the loop. There were also a couple of last minute curveballs and they worked very quickly to make sure that things got through without any hold ups. Wonderful service and great communication with Roksana and Neera. The stress of a FTB is real. The flat took 3 months from offer to exchange. There was a short period of waiting probably due to increased workload due to stamp duty holiday but things progressed eventually. I had weekly updates. My concerns were heard and responded in quick time. The online portal was a boon.Overall, I'm very satisfied and now just currently waiting for completion.
