Highly recommended

I would highly recommend The Partnership, they were brilliant from start to finish. As a first time buyer I found the client portal extremely useful, it breaks the process down into stages and gives helpful information on each stage. This pre-empted a lot of questions I would have otherwise had. The weekly updates sent each Monday were also reassuring and helpful, and Jasmyn and Johnny were very quick to respond to any additional queries I had.Thanks to Jasmyn, Johnny and everyone else at The Partnership. Excellent service from all members of the team - quick, proactive, efficient and professional. I am thankful to Paul Duffel and his team . Paul ensured the exchange went through on the day even with a very laid-back approach from my buyers and their solicitors. Excellent service also from the completions team who kept me well informed and were themselves proactive in dealing with a late completion caused by the last minute funds issues from my buyers. Reasonable value for money

Most expensive quote we got. Overall system was efficient and they were quite responsive to requests. Always extremely polite and professional. Case was handled between a solicitor and his assistant. On occasions when I phoned them, whilst I could always get through, it appeared that they were not always completely up to speed with my case file. Overall, I would use them again, despite the extra cost.

Sale of property

There were a few hiccups with the sale of our house as our buyer lost their buyer at an early stage and took a couple of months to find a new buyer. The Partnership were really understanding of this, and did not pressurise for early payment during the period. Using the Partnership was based on a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed. Very attentive and fast service, the online portal was fab, and the progress indicator was very helpful. We are using the Partnership for our property purchase too. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, gold star service :)

Lewis Young was our solicitor assisted by Anna Stoneham. However we found the whole team very efficeint, accurate and professional who instilled a high level of confidence. Their secure online Portal was an excellent communication channel and kept every one synchronised with the progress. Their weekly progress report reassured you that the case was being worked on. Their costs were competative but their service level was much higher than expected for the price. I was pleasently surprised and more happy to pay the fee. Service is pretty good

Service is pretty good. They are quick and efficient in most areas, and have been helpful. Would have been a five star rating except at some times the communication was slower than ideal. There is a weekly update mail, but it doesn't contain much info. In addition a lot of communication now has to be done via a secure online portal - which whilst secure and sensible, is a little annoying for basic communications which could have more easily been done via email.All in all we had a 7 month process with them, and mostly smooth from the conveyancing side.
