We had an excellent experience with the firm, especially Alex and Jayraj, who worked together as a fantastic team throughout the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Although the process took longer than we initially expected, the whole team remained professional, patient and supportive from beginning to end. Alex and Jayraj worked in partnership with each other extremely well, kept us informed throughout and were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Moving home can be a very stressful experience, but their professionalism, communication and teamwork made the whole process much easier for us. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from both Alex and Jayraj, as well as everyone at the firm who supported our case. The Partnership was very professional…

The Partnership was very professional and kept me informed every week of the progress of my sale. I didn’t like the idea of a customer portal at first but once I got used to it, it proved an efficient way of communication and uploading documents. I would have given 5 stars but there was a slight glitch when they forgot I was away on certain dates and there was a bit of a panic to complete documents for completion and it all had to be done on Docusign. But in the end, everything went smoothly thanks to Alex.

Brilliant

Completely amazing I used The Partnership for my house sale in May 2026 and they did a brilliant job. There was a chain of two and we completed in 13 weeks. Shout out to Buddhima and Alice for all their hard work and professionalism getting the sale over the line efficiently. In July I approached The Partnership again to do the conveyancing for my purchase property. My vendor and I had the right circumstances in place, and the vendor wanted a very quick sale, so I asked The Partnership if they could achieve the impossible, that being - completion in a week! Ismail took on the challenge, and with hard work, efficiency, and diligence by Ismail we were able to complete in FIVE days. It was incredibly impressive. I owe a massive thank you to Ismail who was totally brilliant, and to Ellie and Karundeep for all their help and support throughout the process. I am absolutely chuffed to bits. Never thought it could happen! Well done Ismail, you are a legend. The Partnership uses an online portal which maps your progress and allows you to see what has been uploaded and whether anything is outstanding. There is always someone on the team available to speak to and all enquiries are dealt with promptly. I highly recommend their service. I would use them every time, although I don’t think I will be moving again for a long time!

Traumatic 8-month experience from beginning to end

Traumatic experience from beginning to end. Poor communication throughout, I spent hours of my day chasing them constantly to get anything done. After 8 months of this, the sale eventually fell through. Key information was never passed on to the buyer's solicitors: they didn't even know we were selling as shared ownership, which caused significant misunderstanding around costs, with the buyer believing they would have to pay the additional rent. When the service charges were halved, this was also never communicated to the buyer's side. There was no meaningful communication between solicitors, and when I rang the firm directly they weren't interested and would fob me off. It took them a week to inform me that the buyer had pulled out…I was aware through the estate agent…and then they complained that I should have informed them!! I would not recommend. We have since successfully sold the same property with a different firm, the whole transaction took less than 3 months and was a genuinely positive experience. A complete contrast.

Positive flat sale and house buy.

This was my second time using The Partnership as I previously used them in 2018 to buy my first flat. I used them again to sell said flat and to buy a house with my wife. Rishab and William were very good throughout the process and answered our questions in a timely manner. I used The Partnership for the conveyancing on my recent transaction, and they were fantastic throughout. Moving house is notoriously stressful, but their team handled everything with such professionalism that I felt in safe hands the entire time. The standout feature for me was their online portal. It allowed me to see exactly where we were in the process at any time, which saved so much time on phone calls and emails. Communication was clear, and they were always proactive in chasing the other side to keep things moving. Special thanks to Samantha and Megan! If you are buying a house and want a solicitor that is modern, transparent, and efficient, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future property moves!

Disappointing service

Major problems between 5/11/25 and 22/01/26relating to POA which you have a copy various complications raised about POA and appointment of a Trustee and referral to the court of protection.All this was unnecessary and eventually you confirmed that the use of an attorney under POA was acceptable which I had argued from the outset. Information provided to 4Stamp was wrong more than once. My original buyer dropped out and a new one commenced early Jan 2026 TR1 was drawn up incorrectly and also contract. Fittings and contents form - you used the one from previous buyer dated 10/25 which I had to point out. Incorrect SDLT forms 26/02 In one case my son James was shown as Attorney although he is not named in the deed 02/03 continuing problems with SDLT forms (see email)including wrong completion date Even 11 days after completion I am still getting forms to complete and my daughter is being referred to as Miss not Mrs I have not listed all problems but reference to a number of lengthy emails will tell the full story. Sorry but not the performance I would have expected from a professional firm

Both Michelle and Joseph were professional, well informed and were able to provide the explanations we needed as first time buyers in the UK. Michelle was thorough and detailed, kept us informed and made us feel comfortable by clearly providing the risks associated with each step. The online system works well, we are able to access it easily, find relevant items, and the interface is intuitive. The billing was a little confusing however after review we were able to get a clear understanding. The only place we felt improvement could be made is the interaction with the other side's solicitor. At times we would find out via the realtor that they were simply not on the same page as the Partnership. A couple of times we had to push for phone calls, and direct interaction as the other side was simply not responsive or was not on top of key tasks. In all cases it was the other side that was dropping the ball. We would recommend once it is established that the other solicitor is not responsive a more proactive protocol should be initiated to avoid delays. It took us from September to March to complete. We think that was pretty long.

10/10 Service from The Partnership I cannot recommend The Partnership highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, transparent, and incredibly well-managed. Their app maps out every stage clearly, making it easy to follow progress and stay fully informed. We were always up to date, which gave us real peace of mind throughout. The team’s consistency is what truly sets them apart. Helena handled the initial paperwork with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring everything was structured promptly. Once underway, our solicitor Jayraj was outstanding, responsive, helpful, and always easy to reach by phone or email. Megan managed the exchange and completion smoothly. What impressed me most is that the service never dipped at any stage. From the first interaction with the Sales Manager Kelly to completion, the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care remained exceptional. And I must mention their phone service; it’s rare to experience this level of accessibility today. Every time I called, the phone was answered within just a few rings by a real person (no endless automated menus). I was immediately transferred to whoever I needed to speak to. That alone speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. An absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end.

We have used this company many times in the past, but won’t be doing so again. Communications were poor. Mostly limited to a once a week, three line email. Numerous deadlines were missed, some through in an inability to negotiate with other parties and some due to our solicitors lack of knowledge of their own company processes and availability. We were informed of delayed exchange and completion on the day of completion, only after we had chased. On numerous times we were told dates had been agreed, only to find out later they had been moved. Not a smooth process, and did not feel like anyone was ‘in our corner’ so to speak.

It was always easy to speak to one of the team. I did have an issue as I had used The Partnership for my purchase of the now sold house. There were queries coming from my buyers solicitors and the team were asking me the questions. These questions the Partnership had asked when they did my conveyancing on the purchase. That was disappointing that wasn't picked up - saved me and them time.

Poor communication and very slow.....

I wanted to write a review about the handling of our sale. You were actually employed by our buyers. Our solicitor had everything ready after 3 months. Jade from this company took from 6th may to the end of November to complete on a simple one bed flat. She continually asked the same questions.At one point saying we were to complete in August it actually completed in November causing us to pay out extra mortgage payments on our property and even at the end was asking for proof of payments sent in July but because it had taken so long she asked again. The modus opperandi seemed to be ask for information on a Friday evening and not reply till the end of the following week. A total nightmare. Be very wary.

The Partnership were very helpful in processing the sale of our mothers property quickly knowing that she had health issues that might have caused us to lose our buyer.
