Very disappointed for the Foxtons service, i have paid full management to Foxtons for my property and have a sewage blockage problem since December 2022 but sorted the problem at August 2023, which I have already paid over £8500 for the job. I am haven’t received any rent from June until now, i have contacted to the Guildford branch Eleanor Reeve who is in charge my complaint and she is promised to sort out this matter as soon as possible but I am didn’t get response since 26th September 2023 until now.

Here from a quick experience, I would like to recommend FOXTONS office and the employers there if you are searching for a place to rent. The office in Guildford is realy amazing in terms of going hand-in-hand with tenants and persons like myself, who is under pressure looking for studio to move to. I personally thank "Daniel Berber", who is working there. He was actually patient with my "many-questions", and he joined me very geneorously and with open hand visiting a couple of apartments. I would have loved to pick one of them for me, but the dates of my planed move and the tenancy start date did not match. Thanks again for Daniel for all the help and information, and I very much appreciate being a client, although for short time, with FOXTONS, Guildford.

I would like to thank Tim Pacey and his team again for the top service they offered helping us find tenants for our property in Guildford. Tim helped us find tenants last year. We met in the property in the morning for the evaluation and got the first viewing on the same day in the afternoon. So the property was rented within a month. He didn't let us down this time as well. We got a lot of viewings and finally find the ideal tenants we are looking for.
