GoogleI have just got completed purchase of my new home a month ago. Ryan Brahim was excellent and professional throughout! Ryan was really responsive to queries and great in communicating amongst solicitors, seller, and myself to ensure both parties informed and happy with the progress. He is now still in contact to check whether there is anything that might need his help and support with. I am very impressed! thumbs up!

They were proactive, enthusiastic and professional and this was the smoothest and most stress free move I've ever known. They were always available to speak to and kept us and our buyers informed at every stage. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend their services.

GoogleWe didn't end up buying through Foxtons in Guildford, but it wasn't for lack of trying on their part. Ryan Brahim kept in touch on a regular basis sending details of suitable properties to us. He always responded promptly to emails and was generally very helpful. I would certainly recommend Foxtons and especially Ryan to anyone who is looking to buy a property. Jolita & Joao

GoogleI popped into Foxtons the other week and spoke to Rachel from the lettings team, she was incredibly helpful with our search we were looking on behalf of my son and his friends for the new academic year, she very kindly explained that we were too early and told us when the best time to look is. We have her business card and will definitely been giving her a call in June!

GoogleThe service received from Foxtons Guildford was great! Bradley Golshahi was the agent who handled our successful apartment hunt. He is superb in accommodating clients' retirements and response quickly. I highly recommend dealing with him as he looks after you until everything is finalized and you are moved to your new home.

GoogleI had good experience with Daniel Berber at Foxtons for renting from them, but very poor experience for renting out my property through Bradley at Foxtons. After months I am still chasing for the discounts offered, and Foxtons can deduct any amount without your consent from your rental income anytime during the term. Truly disappointed and would never engage with Foxtons in the future.

GoogleRyan at foxtons Guildford is an absolute star! He phoned us to look at our flat before it was relisted online and we fell in love with it. He was super helpful and involved during the whole process and made us feel a lot less stressed :) he found us our perfect home for now but when we want an upgrade you best believe we will be contacting him again :)

GoogleExperience as a potential house seller. Foxtons charge way more in fees compared to any other estate agent (2.5% final value, compared with 1% at this current time). They justify this by explaining they convince people who are either international or from a more expensive area, to pay over the odds for it! They use "hard sell" tactics to do this, they don't take no for an answer, even if you are using another agent to sell, and have a good offer with them! I imagine any buyer who falls for their blagging, will either realise quite soon that they are paying too much by comparing online very easily. Or they will convince the seller to lower the price because of market conditions etc, to what other agents value it as, then charge you the higher fee! Buyers beware! If you are paying the asking price from these guys, it is way higher than the market price! They openly admit they do this. Sellers, you are unlikely to get their estimate, and even if you do I can't imagine many buyers stay to completion when they can so easily compare. They purposefully do not put many pictures or much info up about each property, they want to blag and persuade you rather than give you info, which you may look at then decide you don't like!

GoogleWithout doubt the worst, rudest and inept estate agents in Guildford the staff are extremely rude and once they have your money they ignore you. If you are thinking about renting with these guys don't turn around and walk to burns and Webber or any of the others to save money months of problems and staff that act in a disgraceful manner. They are also the most expensive for selling 2.5% where others offer 1.3% so in no way will you be better off.
