Welcome to our Curchods Guildford residential lettings office. We specialise in residential properties to rent in Cranleigh, Farnham, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, East Horsley and the surrounding villages. As members of ARLA and the TDS, our Landlords and Tenants are covered at all times. Our Guildford lettings branch is run by Lettings Manager, Leah Meredith. Our office also houses a dedicated sales team. GoogleDidn't have much time to find a property in Guildford. Kyo was excellent - showed us property which met our needs. The local knowledge was very helpful and helped us to decide. Once decided on a property, communication was prompt and regular. Dealt with questions in a timely fashion. Genuinely stress free.
