As members of ARLA and the TDS, our Landlords and Tenants are covered at all times. Our Guildford lettings branch is run by Lettings Manager, Leah Meredith. Our office also houses a dedicated sales team. The photography and presentation of property details were good. The apartment was shown to several quality applicants. A new tenancy was arranged with only a couple of days' void period. On reflection - I would have liked a bit more rent but I think a good tenant is more important.. I would probably work with Burns & Webber again. .
