Very friendly and helpful team, you can always get in touch with who you need to, they were efficient in getting everything sorted with regards to the house which allowed us a quick and easy sale. They have helped us with each step, and were happy to answer any questions we had. Will and Jim looked after us and they were fantastic! A high level of customer service and always willing to help. FacebookBourne! Please stop pestering people already signed up with other agents, especially old folk! My parents have just been automatically signed up with Bourne despite being told a number of times when doorstepped at their home they didn't want to sign with them, causing them distress.

GoogleAVOID!!! Rude, arrogant and condescending, every bad thing you've heard about estate agents, Bourne are it. They lied to us throughout, said there wasn't a chain, only to find out a few weeks before completion that there was, and they arrogantly tried to claim that it doesn't make a difference. They pressured us and our solicitors to complete on a certain date, only to find out that the sellers had no idea and they tried to blame it all on us, just because we were first time buyers. This left us homeless for weeks, so you can imagine the stress. Save yourself unnecessary stress and money, there are so many other estate agents on the high stress. Please please avoid!!!
