Gemma Miller at Alton branch, the agent acting on the sellers behalf, helped us all the way through the process and the level of service we received made us feel like we were the client also. Gemma helped us get through many obstacles and ensured we completed in the timescale we needed. The gift received when we got the keys was also such a nice touch. Good job Bourne :)

GoogleStay away if you're a student!! I had a horrible experience with this estate agents! They're extremely unhelpful and are just out to try and take your money. I rented a property with three other students and we had nothing but problems throughout our whole tenancy. They're extremely unprofessional and didn't respond to emails or calls. We had to actually get friends and family to call as we were being ignored. Our deposit was deducted wrongfully as apparently the property wasn't clean despite us paying over £300 for a professional cleaner! Throughout COVID many of our friends who were with a different agency received a rent reduction but no such thing was offered to us despite one of the girls' families being made redundant and struggling to pay rent! They tried to charge us for problems that already existed within the property and only dropped it when we provided photo evidence from the day we moved in.Please stay away especially if you are a student they're customer service is just disgusting and shameful!
