GoogleI would highly recommend this agency. I am selling 2x properties with DDM and there service has been amazing. We was initially with a different agency which we didn't feel were supportive but DDM have gone above and beyond and make you feel like a valued individual, and we have already seen improvements. Most of my contact has been with Lisa, Doug, Michaela and Lee and all of them have been great and professional.

GoogleMost of my interactions happened with Ellie Childs. She is very professional and arranged many viewings based on my interests and requirements. She is lively and energetic and is always there if you have any questions . She is on time for the viewings and gives sufficient information on the property and locality. Very happy with the viewings arranged so far.

FacebookAvoid at all costs to rent from these people! I have complained numerous times regarding a property that we still rent from the company (we can't get out of our contract even though the landlord has agreed we could) we have now vacated due to being totally unsafe and too cold to live in! Due to me expecting a baby we had no choice but to find elsewhere to live. (Faulty electrics causing plug sockets to set alight and many more issues as reported to the office numerous times).... finally an engineer was arranged to visit but never turned up, when I went into the office a lady I spoke to called the engineer who admitted they didn't have time to attend but didn't call to re arrange, when calling DDM back a few days later I was then made out to be a liar being told by a very rude lady that they had attended and left a card! When handing the notice in we were told they would advertise the property as we can't end our contract until another tenant is found which we were totally fine with as we had signed the 6 month contract. They have now advertised the property wanting more rent when the property is not even safe and the problems have not been dealt with! There has been one viewing which I had to deal with and the problems were picked up immediately by the viewers! The staff at scunthorpe are rude and argumentative when u call they tell you they will call you back and never do I spend most of my time chasing them as they say they will call back and never do.Do not rent from this company. They are an absolute joke!

GoogleI used Grimsby DDM to sell my house back in 2006 and didn’t hesitate to use them again in 2024. The housing market was really tricky with the cost of living crisis, but Doug and the team were always on hand with advice. Now my house has sold, Doug has kept me in the loop all the way. I would 100% recommend and use them again.

Jarad continued to keep us up to date with any developments, even when a week went by with no updates Jarad still made me aware so we were constantly kept in the loop. Brilliant service!

FacebookI have rented my property with DDM Lettings for the last couple of years and always find the staff helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have found that issues raised by the tenants are dealt with promptly by the team and we are kept informed of any issues. Rent is paid regularly and statements emailed. I would have no hesitation in recommending DDM Lettings to manage your property as being a professional and reliable lettings agent.
