GoogleAfter being shown around a house by a lovely lady from Prospect Winnersh, which I eventually bought. I had regular dealings with them, as they were my vendor's estate agent. Jay would regularly call and email me when he had queries and was chasing things up, and when I had questions to ask about the house I was buying. I have to say he is thorough, persistent, and keeps a very open line of communication. All in all, a pleasant experience, and many thanks for your help, Jay.
