The team at Evolution IT is lead by Duwayne Lake who is not just super helpful but thorough, patient, knowledgeable and effective. I've lost count of the number of times i have called him at inconvenient hours to sort out something that was probably my shortcoming in the first place and he ALWAYS resolves the issue swiftly. His colleague Ricki Rajah is in the same mould. 5 stars for sure but would award more if i could!

I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Charlotte from prospect. She has been great and helpful in our house search. She makes it a point to understand the needs of the customer and follow up with suitable suggestions for properties. She is always available for any questions and is quick to respond. Thanks to Mike and Doug of DDM Grimsby who are truly the power duo! Prior to DDM, we used another agency to sell our house. Needless to say, it was lacking in so many aspects. The moment we signed with DDM however, Mike was right on the ball. Nothing was too much trouble, was always on top of things and prompt with updates. Doug as well has been so helpful throughout, providing us with expert advice whenever the process hit any bump on the road. Following the purchase of a property through DDM at the end of March I was asked to review my experience although I wasn’t certain I would as my thoughts of their service are mixed.My experience with DDM began at the first viewing where the agent was clearly disinterested and actually left the tenant to show us around the property. Nevertheless, I ended up putting an offer in on the property which was accepted. At this stage I requested that we arrange a second viewing in a couple of weeks once the searches were back, but seemed to hit a brick wall with this.Anyway, then Coronavirus came along and put us all in lockdown. I explained several times that I was not buying the house without a second viewing and despite waiting over a month and chasing on multiple occasions I still didn’t have a viewing and Seller was getting agitated at me!At this point Zoe took over, she was extremely helpful and I could not fault her service. Naturally there were some obstacles with the Virus but my Solicitors (shout out to BG) managed to negotiate in the end.This is when we found the property in an absolute state. After speaking with my Solicitor we did manage to reclaim some costs from the tenants deposit and Jo in DDM lettings was very quick to respond, explain the whole process and to negotiate a settlement in this respect.The floorplan was incorrect and not all measurements were given. As the property was let by DDM there are naturally some things you would expect such as working smoke alarms, gas safety reports and Electric Reports, none of which were provided by the seller and the electric reports were probably not carried out as the electrics in the property were dangerous. The stop tap in the kitchen leaked everywhere and destroyed the kitchen cabinets and the floor. Athough this is more the Sellers dispute with the lettings team.In these unprecedented times it is only natural that errors occur and there are new ways of working but a lot was left to be desired and I would not choose to use DDM when it comes to reselling the property in the future.

Absolutely fantastic ! Katie is amazing 5***** She found us a house that ticked all our boxes and she literally did everything ! We needed a quick completion and Katie called and chased everyone up daily . We had a very difficult journey with a difficult conveyance team & genuinely believe that had it not been for Katie’s determination and persistently phoning and chasing we would of never completed on this purchase .
