GoogleToday I am very disappointed by them. I seen their advert on zoopla for two bedroom house to rent, it was open for everyone to apply. I virtually viewed the property and I liked it. I asked the agent Ciara what's the next step moving forward, she sent me some form to sign and I did sign in hour and returned to her, i told her I would like to pay the deposit and secure the property. She said no there is other viewings at 5pm she wants to show to them as well. I was paying the deposit in the morning and the viewings were at 5pm. The lady said she will let me know the next morning.. The next morning I called to pay the deposit and secure the property lady said landlord is making decisions. So basically no deposit was taken from me and landlord accepted the offer with the guy who wants to live in 2 bed house with no kids. I felt there is sth wrong with this company that they didn't even process my application at all. Please don't waste your time on this company they clearly making decisions on the name titles. Sad experience with them.. They are not helpful at all.. I didn't get most needed help..NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Mr Khan, We are sorry that you feel the need to leave a bad review because of your disappointment in not being successful with your application. We are sorry that you feel this way as we have only done our upmost to assist you. I do believe a virtual viewing was offered to you and carried out on your first phone call. You had then applied for the property and we put your application forward to the Landlord. We updated you immediately to advise that the Landlord already had physical appointments booked in and wanted these to still go ahead regardless of your application. We did not take a holding deposit from you because of this. Once the Landlord made his decision, you were notified of his decision. We find it extremely unfair that you have said we make decisions based on name titles when here in Gravesend we have a multi-cultural town and office. Whilst responding to your review, I have spoken to you yet again and tried to explain the lettings process as this is your first time renting. We feel that you are holding us accountable for your disappointment, when we have expressed several's time now that ultimately it is the Landlords final decision and he had received multiple applications to choose from. We have also advised we would be happy to recommend future properties to you. We have asked for you to remove this review, but your response was to only do this once we help you find another property. We wish you the very best with your search and hope after our conversations you have more understanding of the rental market and how applications are progressed.

GoogleWe have recently just completed on our house sale and from the very start to completion, ‘Your Move Gravesend’ have been excellent. We had a great experience with them and would highly recommended anyone to use them if you want a professional, friendly and dedicated team. Both Jamie and Miroslav, who we had the most contact with, were absolutely fantastic. At some points I was speaking with them most days, and there was no question to small to ask them. They always answer the phone and respond to emails quickly. They completely reassured both myself and my partner throughout the whole process and work extremely hard.
