GoogleI would never recommend buying or selling with this agent. We bought a house from Your Move and they very nearly lost their sellers the house. We considered 3 houses that were for sale with them but after that we discounted any that were up with them. The sale was oversold. It was such an over exaggerated sale. We offered on the house and the offer wasn't given to the owners... twice. This lost us the first sale of our house. Calls and emails not responded to, a complaint was just about dealt with. Whilst under offer we've had NO COMMUNICATION. In comparison, my buyers have been kept informed of every stage of the sale. Thank goodness the owners and I swapped numbers! I'm glad it's over. I'll never consider Your Move for a purchase or sale, nor will I recommend to anyone!

GoogleI wish we found through your move. They were the best agent we used but unfortunately couldn’t find anything, I also took James’s advice and saw the mortgage advisor mick who was very helpful and managed to beat Lloyd’s rate who we have used for years. 5*

GoogleLet property used tenant find service tenant found quite quickly. New tenant paid first month's rent and deposit using e banking. Still waiting for these to be paid into our bank account by your move. Very very slow.

GoogleAt the start, staff at this branch were very polite and helpful, i thought this was a good sign of things to come. However, once the buyer was found, there was a significant lack of communication and service. We were told our buyer was ready. We then had to put pressure on our purchase to ensure we got the sale going. It caused a huge amount of stress as the branch were calling to advise our buyers were chasing. Understandably we were concerned that they may pull out. So when we got the go ahead on our purchase and tried to exchange we found out the buyers were not ready. They had not supplied certain paperwork the bank required. Our buyers (first timers) had used the inbranch mortgage broker AND their solicitors. So the blame was placed on the buyers, when actually it should of been the broker or solicitor to ensure all was ready. Poor show to blame our buyers. Come completion day, we had delays and I phoned the branch to see what was going on. I spoke to the manager. She was very rude and told us to do our own chasing. So for around 4K we had to: - Show people round the house ourselves - including the people who eventually bought, - Received no customer support weeks after the buyer was found, - Had to do our own chasing up of the sale!!! Lastly, they released the keys to our house 2 hours BEFORE our solicitor had received funds. I wouldn’t recommend based on our experience. It’s a shame as it all started so well.

GoogleAdmirable people skills from Jamie-Lee with excellent hospitality from Miroslav both whom I strongly believe deserves to be appreciated i.e a raise. And of course the branch manager Darren, great professionalism. Highly recommend this team in Gravesend- simply unmatched.
