GoogleRE: Property Enquiry - I tried to contact the office 5 times. 2 times via email and 3 times via telephone. I've had no reply to my emails, and was promised by staff that the manager "Darren" will call me back in 10 minuets or so. I've herd this 3 times now. I cannot be bothered to call again as when I do staff try to sell me other properties. I had to spell out to one staff member that you need to address the reason why I'm angry and will potentially miss out on a property I'm trying to purchase rather trying to upsell me. The staff members response was he gets commission. Wow. Well done guys. This review is being left as your service towards me was really, really poor. I've read the other reviews left, and cannot understand why I've had this treatment. This has gone on for over a week and still no call from Darren.

After having a very bad experience with one of the "market leaders" who promised everything and left me constantly chasing them it was such a relief to deal with people that actually do what they say! weekly updates throughout the sale but there for advise when i needed them and chased the sale all the way through, couldn't ask for more!!!! definitely recommend
