Andy and the team showed from the start compassion and understanding, knowing the difficulties of selling your family home of over 69 years.
Never having had to go through this, the team, in particular Jo, Tammy, Nicola, Ryan and of course Andy, explained the process with Probate involved.
Apart from a few hiccups along the way, no fault of RMJ, they kept in regular contact and updates of how the sale was progressing.
They are very professional and efficient in what they do.
Happily recommend and will use them again when need arises without hesitation.

Despite this legal process taking far too long ( no fault of RMJ ! ) and the property being unoccupied, I have been impressed with RMJ's unfailing efforts in conducting viewings, arranging site visits, finding a buyer and then ensuring that all parties were kept fully informed throughout. Our house sale took 9 months due to organising the logistics of moving to a new country with small children and selling our home during a time of high interest rates and unfavourable mortgage conditions.
RMJ weren't just equal to this challenge, they took every setback, stipulation and challenge in their stride. We had buyers who lied, buyers who vanished and buyers who took some truly awful advice from solicitors. None of this was the fault of RMJ who kept me updated daily, supported us through the ups and down and ultimately got it over the line. My thanks to Andy, Jo, Ryan, Jack, Lilly and Ben.
Special mention goes to Tammy, a tenacious and unstoppable individual who advocated for my family and our interests at every turn. We achieved our dream move in spite of overwhelming difficulty and she was at the heart of making that happen. She is an honest and trustworthy individual and a real credit to the business.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RMJ. I'm confident we wouldn't have got this done with any other estate agent.

GoogleGreat result with Andy and RMJ securing full asking price for our property on the day we met him, and before it had even been formally marketed - what more can you ask for! Andy clearly knows his market and clients intimately and is a shrewd broker of deals without doubt. The quick sale of our property ensured we could then make an offer on our perfect home in Norfolk without risk or delay. Thereafter, Jo, Nicola and the team at RMJ acted with persistence and determination to keep the solicitors in check to ensure deadlines were met for all parties within the sales chain. Not a easy feat to balance individual needs and deadlines against navigating some challenging behaviours from the solicitors, but with Andy's subtle help at a senior level, deadlines were met with the sale completing at the earliest anticipated date. We were originally unsure about RMJ, specifically around asking price, but we are very pleased with the outcome and couldn't have hoped for better during what is still considered a difficult housing climate. Thanks go to Andy, Jo, Nicola and all the team at RMJ, Gravesend for a great outcome on all fronts!

1. Correct market valuation based on the knowledge of the local market.
2. They actively try to sell your house and get viewings. They were efficient in letting you know who and when people were viewing.
3. Great in-house separate sales progression team. No call centre or agent who doesn't care once sold. Jo and Nicola were there to push the sale/purchase along and deal with issues as they arose.
