GoogleI am leaving this review in response to a bad experience with this company. THrough my contact with this agent I experienced them to be dodgy. If you read the reviews you'll see two things: 1) lots of 5 start reviews from people who have just joined Google (all have one review, and that one review is for this agent) - are they dodgy reviews? 2) Aggressive/arrogant/dismissive responses to any criticism or complaint.

Chloe, Ellie and Stacey from the Gravesend office were helpful and thorough in everything they did. Our house was on the market for two days, we had three viewing and had two offers at asking price. One of the things that stood out to me the most was their excellent organisation and communication. They were always available to answer my questions and kept me up to date every step of the way. GoogleI first began dealing with RM&J Gravesend half way through 2019 when I purchased a property and it was Jo Rossiter who seriously got me through what was sometimes a long and tiresome process. It is now 2020 and they have now assisted me in renting out a property. The process was seamless with the 'valuation' taking place on the 6th of Jan and by the 30th the property has been let with the tenancy starting as of today - thanks to Chloe and Abi! Highly experienced and friendly staff with great customer service.

GoogleI initially used another, more moderately priced, ea for my sale and purchase. RM&J are the dominant firm in the area for a reason and it simply isn’t worth the time, effort and disappointment of going with a less well established firm. It won’t save you money in the long run. Tom and Andy were excellent. When it mattered they were hands on and pro-active, working hard and creatively, doing what needed to be done to get the sale through.

GoogleI'm so pleased that we decided to sell with RM&J. Reece handled out account, he was always so professional, helpful and patient throughout my many questions! He called regularly to update me on any interest in the property which I found really helpful and it was a weight off my mind to be kept in the loop with no effort on my part. He provided really helpful advice throughout the process and negotiated a price for the house that we were happy with. I would like to say a massive thank you to all of the sales team who conducted the many viewings on the property. They were so accommodating to people wanting to view the property to ensure that we didn't lose potential buyers. They conducted viewings during the day, evening and weekend and often squeezed people in at the last minute. I would also really like to thank Nicola and Jo in the sales progression team who answered many a query from me and did their best to ensure that the buyers had everything together so that the sale could proceed quickly and to ensure that we could teach a mutually agreeable completion date. I chose RM&J because I knew I wouldn't have time to deal with viewings and chase things up and they were worth every penny for the stress that they took out of the whole process.

GoogleGreat experience with RMJ. From start to finish, it has been perfect. Communication was top notch throughout, we were always kept in the loop. Towards the end we were even getting better updates from the team here than we were the solicitors. Cant recommend enough - thanks to Andy, Tom, Lily, Jo and Nicola - and anyone else we interacted with. There is always a negative stigma attached to estate agents, but these guys have 100% delivered on what they said they would do - every time. Thanks again guys

GoogleWe would like to say a huge thank you to Abbie & Chloe!! They have been amazing and we can't thank them enough. For myself and my boyfriend it was our first time renting a property so we didn't have much knowledge on how the process worked at all. They took us through everything step by step and always answered any questions we had straight away. They made the whole process stress free and we moved in within 3 weeks of seeing the property which was amazing and we are now living in our dream home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at renting a property.

GoogleI had lost faith in estate agents but from the beginning of the process to sell my house, which had previously been on the market with other agents for around 18 months, Andy Plaistowe and his team were superb. Within the first week of marketing I had a buyer and 2 months later exchanged contracts. I was kept fully informed throughout the transaction and if I had a query, they responded to me straight away. I therefore thoroughly recommend the team at the Gravesend branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson and thank them for a smooth and easy sale.

GoogleRobinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend were excellent!! From the moment Reece Cox conducted the valuation of my property, he was very knowledgeable, and provided me with a wealth of information which was really useful. I always worry about estate agents not living up to the promises they make but in the case of Reece and the team that was certainly not the case. They got my property on the market very quickly and I consistently had viewings from day one. Reece, Tom and Lily kept me informed at all times and were extremely helpful. With the continued stream of viewings I was able to sell my property in 3 weeks. Jo the Sales Progressor at RMJ was very helpful in keeping me updated on how the sale was progressing and deal with any issues or questions I had. She always remained extremely professional even when I was feeling the pressure! I really cannot recommend the team at RMJ enough, they have the right drive, determination and professionalism that is required when selling your home. I would certainly use them again. Great team!!
