GoogleI was dissatisfied with the service received. Despite enquiring on a property as one of the first, and despite being promised an invitation to a viewing, it wasn’t until I chased it to find out viewings were already happening. Having expressed interest in a couple other properties, and after a few unanswered voicemails, we decided it was not worthwhile chasing an agency that does not keep to its word. Thankfully we’ve now found our ideal home with an attentive and professional agency!

GoogleWe needed a letting valuation letter from a local agency. For last 2 weeks, we contacted 5 different agencies including Robinson Michael&Jackson Gravesend. Even though I was in a meeting in the morning they called me, they repeatedly called us to reach. In the afternoon I received another call from Chloe to sort my request out. She actually emailed me the letter without even asking a penny which was surprising and very kind. She sorted my request out within less than a day. She even texted me on WhatsApp to make sure if we received the email or not as I could not confirm that I received the email. i honestly am so happy to meet Robinson & Jackson, I will definitely reach them when I decide to rent out my property in the future. I will surely recommend them to my friends living in the same area. I cannot finish without saying this; Chloe is a great asset for Robinson & Jackson.

GoogleWe opted for RMJ as our first choice estate agent before we even asked for a quote based on experience 10yrs ago and from friends since... and they didn't disappoint.
Other agents were salesy, they tried to be too competitive - the ones with the highest sales price or lowest commission, but that wasn't what we wanted. RMJ don't need to do, their sales speak for themselves. You'll rarely get that top price anyway! RMJ are agents that get the job done quickly ... they sell houses and they sell them well. They don't offer you the sales pitch, they don't inflate the price, they give you as it is and that was perfect for us ... we had a stamp duty holiday end date to beat.
From quotation to the sale the team were there all the way, particularly Andy, Jade, Lily and Reece. Our first choice house was with RMJ and I wish we could have completed a sale and purchase with them but it wasn't to be. Instead we bought with another agent who barely communicated with us and when they did, they continuously lied to us, but RMJ were there for that too and they gave us help and advice on a sale that wasn't even theirs. Truly professional and outstanding, all round fabulous customer service.
The after sales service has been faultless too. Massive thanks to Jo and Nicola. Without them pushing, we would still be waiting. They communicated all the way through and I know they kept our buyers updated too. I have not had one single piece of after sales communication from our purchase agent so know this is testament to just how thorough RMJ are.
RMJ will be my first choice for selling and buying if we come to do it again and I'd recommend to everyone to do choose them too.

GoogleFollowing standard practice I spoke to 3 Agents before selecting RMJ. It was the manner and personality of Reece that clinched the deal. He was informative, business-like and enthusiastic. He was confident they could sell our property and they did. On the first two viewings both parties offered and the sale was agreed. Throughout the process Jade and Nicola were both responsive and helpful; nothing was too much trouble.
I had the rare experience of being updated by an Estate Agent without having to chase them! Extremely happy with our partnership from start to finish. I highly recommend.

GoogleLily comes to your house and promises the world and then doesn't deliver. There are some staff here who are good at what they do but through the whole process due diligence wasn't followed, often we the paying customer had to chase up forms and contracts required as they did not. They need to keep being chased as after the sold sign goes up that is not the end of the sale and do not communicate with their other branches! If I could have paid them what they were worth rather than the amount required it would have been half what was paid, as value did not match service received
