Right from the start they kept me informed of all developments. Very impressive service indeed. All staff have been lovely. The right balance of efficiency and professionalism. GoogleWe have bought a property with them and from the day of our search till getting the keys the whole team is fantastic. To start with Tammy, gave us all the details when we started the search and helped to fix appointments and viewing. Later Lily took us through the whole process of offer negotiations and getting us the deal. Followed by Ben who was best to provide the mortgage deal and secure the best rates possible. Last but not the least is Jo. I have royally pestered her with the calls and face to face meetings to check with the progress. And she has always handled calmly and updated us with the going process stepwise. Sorry if I have forgotten any other members, but everyone there are awesome 🤩
