GoogleWent through Robinson Michael & Jackson at the Gravesend brnach to purchase our first home. Though the process took a while to get over the line, our interactions with Jo, Ben, Nicola, Ryan and all other staffs at this branch has been exceptional to day the least. They are very professional and efficient in what they do. There communication is second to none, you never have to worry about missing anything because if you do, someone from the team will be getting in touch with you sooner ragher than later to make sure you are well informed. All in all, amazing service and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family looking to purchase a property.

GoogleHaving viewed a number of properties before placing an offer on our new home, we had dealt with some other local agents that we had unfortunately found to be a little disappointing at the viewings they hosted. We found they were often rather unknowledgeable with regards to some really basic questions, rushed us in and out of the properties that we viewed, and had to be chased to follow up on questions that we had left with them. Having had two viewings of our new home with Robinson Michael and Jackson Gravesend, we can confidently say that the agents that hosted both viewings were courteous, knowledgeable and always followed up quickly with answers to anything they were unsure of on the spot. The purchase process was really straightforward and RMJ's sales team always kept in regular contact with the agents on our purchase side to keep everybody in the loop at all times. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
