GoogleRobinson Michael and Jackson Gravesend is a fantastic estate agency that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property in the Gravesend area. From my personal experience, I can confidently say that they offer a truly excellent service that is both professional and friendly. The team at RMJ Gravesend are incredibly knowledgeable about the local property market and have a wealth of experience in the industry. This means that they are able to provide expert guidance and advice to their clients, helping them to make informed decisions about buying or selling a property. One thing that really impressed me about RMJ Gravesend is their attention to detail. They take the time to understand their clients' needs and preferences, and work hard to ensure that they find the perfect property for them. They are also incredibly responsive to any queries or concerns that their clients may have, which is really reassuring when you are going through the stressful process of buying or selling a property. GoogleWell, what can I say about our experience. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect by every member of the team that I came into contact with. Georgia was very professional during her initial visit and continued to support us during the marketing of the property, she was a pleasure to deal with and put us at ease immediately. Once the offer was in we dealt mainly with Jo Rossiter who, again, was professional and knew the business well giving advice and guidance during the beginning of our journey. Although things did not go completely according to plan this was not something she or I could have foreseen but throughout the communication from Jo and Tammy was on point. They never made me feel like I was being a nuisance when I called and dealt kindly with me when I was feeling very stressed out. I have to say that they showed huge team spirit and when one person wasn’t there another would willingly pick up the slack and support as if they knew me personally which has made the whole experience of selling so much more bearable. Andy was very helpful towards the end and was tenacious in his getting answers for us when things were looking bleak. I cannot recommend this branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson enough to anyone either buying or selling, they are all amazing. Thank you guys, I shall miss our chats 😂😂
Dear Jayne. Thank you so much for your review. Reading this makes the job we do very satisfying. All your comments have been passed on to the team. We wish you all the best for the future. Thanks again.

She was really attentive and talked me through the whole process and next steps so it wasn’t too overwhelming, she was fantastic at putting me at ease from beginning to end - nothing was too much! GoogleThese guys are the top of their game!! We used them previously on our last house and again this time. Andy and his team go above and beyond to help. Our latest sale was in a complicated chain and all of the team worked very hard to both sell our house and to ensure that we got the house we wanted too Andy, Jo, Nicola, Lily, Tammy, Georgia, Joseph and any names I have missed, THANKYOU !!! We highly recommend Robinson Michael and Jackson both for selling and buying a property. 👏
Thanks Tracy. It has certainly been a rollercoaster but we got there in the end. We hope you will be so happy in your new home.

GoogleI met Ellie at the property I was considering letting. Found Ellie to be professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Ellie took professional photos to promote the property with recommendations for the rental value. Ellie also handled the many viewings at the property which I also attended. Again making the whole experience smooth where I had no need to have any input. When the property was passed to the office. Hollie and Stacey kept me informed with all details and offers. A tenant was chosen after detailed information was given to me to make the choice easier. Robson and Jackson portal is excellent. This enables me to easily send all required documents and check the progress at any time Overall excellent service start to finish. Look forward to working with and a thanks to Ellie, Hollie and Stacey
Hey, thank you so much for your positive feedback on our service and our portal. You're an absolute breeze to work with and we hope to work with you again in the near future. We hope you and the tenants are very happy. All the best! - The Lettings Team
