This is the second time I've used Robinson Michael and Jackson and would not look elsewhere. I dealt directly with Chole previously and as before the whole process was straightforward, very professional and absolute value for money. Chole had a consultation with we before the let where she was able to give me a realistic price as well as time scales for the property to be rented. We sold our property via RMJ this year, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of doing the same. The key things for us were; 1. Marketing of our property - they use a professional photographer for internal and external pictures, which looked amazing and really highlighted the best features. 2. Vetted and Ready Buyers - prospective buyers have already shown they are in a position to proceed, so you don't get any time wasters. And they had multiple buyers already interested in properties like ours, so we had a couple of offers at asking price and had agreed a sale within 4 days of going on the market. 3. The Team - across the board, everyone at RMJ Gravesend was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Buying, selling and moving can potentially be really stressful, so having the team in our corner was a massive help for us.

There were some problems with some misinformation from some colleagues in the office but if you get the chance to get someone to help you with your purchase, get Jo Rossiter as your sales progressor. She’s been fantastic as soon as she got involved and the miscommunications stopped immediately! She’s actually provided me with regular updates on what’s happening with our purchase from her clients and it’s really help what’s been a very stressful process become smoother! She’s an absolute star!
