GoogleI am writing this review, specifically based on the customer service that I have experienced from Lily so far. She has a really personable and informative manner that disarms you. A great negotiator and saleswoman. After 3 years of searching through Covid and the SDLT holiday, we nearly missed viewing a decent property. At first, we had been informed by email that there were no more slots to view and we were a little disheartened given how quickly we had responded to the advert. I rang the office, spoke with Lily and explained our family search. She sounded understanding and promised to call us if any cancellations arose. She kept her word, notifying us on a Friday evening! I picked up her message on a Saturday morning and a few hours later we were on our way to view the property. Our offer has recently been accepted so now the real work begins but I trust Lily and her team to help both parties/families involved with a smooth transaction.

All the staff at the office from the sales negotiators to the mortgage advisor and to the Branch Manager offered me ‘A class’ service and communication helping me find a committed buyer. It was also through the help of the branch that I was able to secure my onward purchase through one of there other branches who again reflected the same level of professionalism, dedication and communication to help me secure my new property.
I want to especially highlight Andy, Ben and Tammy at the Gravesend branch who have been there from the start of the journey and to the end helping keep the chain together and keeping me motivated along the way to stay the course despite the ups and downs.
