As a first time seller, from the moment Lily of RJM valued my property and ran through the process, I knew immediately knew out of the local agents that they were the best option for me. Within only a few days of my property being on the market, I had already accepted an offer. Tammy of RJM then handled the sale file from then on and again was absolutely amazing. Tammy was always keeping me up to date regardless of the situation right up until the last moments, which was earlier today when my property completed. The services received from Robinson Michael Jackson with regards to letting our house was a five star one, it started with Chloe giving us a very accurate and professional rental valuation of our property based on her in-depth knowledge of the area, one that the Lender actually agreed to. She keenly listened to us and tailored the service to match our requirements, Ellie and Hollie were also very brilliant at showing the prospects around and offering them valuable information on which to make their decisions. When it came to wrapping the process around good systems and documentations, Stacey was incredible with her excellent service, so all in all, an amazing experience from the RMJ guys.

Looking around the property with Lily was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the current market, matching client's tastes to potential homes and ultimately put our minds completely at ease. We put in an offer there and then. From the very beginning, I have had a great experience with the team that worked on my property. Chloe was my first point of contact and she was absolutely amazing to work with. VERY proactive, gave me all the information I needed, wasn’t rushed and then followed up at every point. She managed to get the viewings booked in within 6 hours from when the property went on the market. Once the viewings were done, I worked with Ellie who was a delight to work with too. She liaised with me and my potential tenants and the girls ended up getting me more than I was expecting in rent too. The one thing that I would highlight about Chloe and Ellie is that they were 100% on the ball at all times. Once I confirmed which tenant I want to go with, I was handed over to Hollie and Stacey who handle the remaining process of getting the tenants in to the property. Again, they were very responsive and went the extra mile to make this as easy as possible. Thanks to these guys I have someone in the property at a much better rate in less than 3 weeks! I just hope the property management team are as good as these guys.

I would advise avoiding the agency at all costs. Terrible communication, multiple bad experiences; I’ve always had issues getting viewings with them- the ‘immediately available’ properties are never available, and other properties are ‘taken’ already. If anything is available, they never stick with the advertised price but ask to bid for it. No matter how much I offer, someone always offers more. Especially, Ellie is a pain to deal with.Truthfully, they are horrible to try and really unsupportive.

We bought our house via RMJ 13 years ago. We had a good service from them than and they kept us up to date with what was going on, better than our solicitor did. Things haven't changed, when we decided to sell they were efficient, upfront, honest, didn't do a hard sell on us. Reece was very helpful when he came to the house initially, and on the phone after. To be honest, there wasn't one person we spoke with, or met, who was impolite. Everyone was pleasant and the work was to a very high standard. Jo who kept us informed through the sale completion liaised well with us and our buyers. What was a nice surprise was suddenly realising it was Jo who did the exact same thing when we bought our house. in days where there can be a lot of staff turnover its nice to find a constant. I decided to go with Andy and the team at Robinson Michael and Jackson after looking at a few options. I must say my faith in estate agents has been restored after a few bad experiences with previous agents. From the initial valuation, Andy was honest and realistic in what he felt my property was worth. I was armed with my own research and facts in preparation for a pushy salesman however Andy was not pushy at all and was very professional at all times which I valued as a few competitors were significantly lacking this. Though the sale took a long time to complete due to delays with searches and solicitor enquires, I was kept updated throughout with regular phonecalls and emails which was valued. I will be using Andy and his team again to rent out another property and no doubt when I come to sell again they will be my first point of call. Finding a new home can be very stressful however the team at RMJ have been wonderful to work with. We first met Abi who showed us through a home that wasn’t the right fit. She was very helpful and reassuring. We received a call in regards to another property and met Hollie. This home was perfect for us. Hollie was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish, offering very clear and supportive guidance as well as a very quick (and appreciated!) key collection process. Sales team: don't you be fooled with the age of the girls that are to market and sell your property. They know what they are doing! Confident, professional, result-driven. Sharp and on time. Lily, Jade and Georgia were amazing. Jo the Sale Progressor deserves a separate chapter. I have no idea how she manages to juggle it all and connect all the dots whilst keeping sane at the same time! I would happily give 5 star except for the solicitors recommended by the agency. They are irresponsive, slow, don't really care that much, I'd even say not at all. They leave important things for the last second (literally). Other conveyancing solicitors I dealt with in the past for my other properties were miles better. Due to family circumstances, I found it necessary to rent out the family home that my parents have lived in for 57 years! It was a hard decision to make but, after an initial meeting with Chloe from Robinson Michael &Jackson I have not looked back. Her professionalism and enthusiasm shone out and she sold me on the idea of letting out the house. Having no idea of what becominig a landlord involved I was completely put at ease by Chloe and the team, they talked me through each step of the process. Never did I feel that any problem or question I had was too much trouble for them, Chloe, Abi and laterly Stacey were always available on the phone or via email to reassure and put my mind at rest. They have kept me up-to-date on all developments in relation to the property. They introduced me to the RM&J portal, an invaluable online tool which I could access to upload documentation and receive messages etc. It is a brilliant resource for a first-time landlord. Once the property was ready for tenents, within two days of the advertisment going live we had had 7 viewings and a suitable tenant was found. I was amazed at the speed and efficeincy of the team. Absolutely brilliant. And now, three weeks later the keys have today been handed over to the new tenants. I cannot speak highly enough of Chloe and her team. From the start to the finish of the process they have all made me feel more like a friend rather than a business contact. The service they provide is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend RM&J. An outstanding lettings team at an outstanding company. Thank you to all of them for making this such a pleasurable experience for me on what could have been a really emotional and tricky journey.
