Today we exchanged on our property using Balgores Hornchurch, 2 months after accepting offer!! Sale was slow at start but Billy at Balgores was persistent, continued to change things up and drive up interest, very knowledgeable of local market and also ensured only genuine buyers was shown round. After sale Donna picked up progression and was very good in pushing through the exchange swiftly, constantly providing regular updates and always available. Overall been very impressed with service and best we have used in all our purchases. Highly recommend

Thank you to Jay and Team,In a period of absolute chaos for buyers, Jay has been absolutely brilliant. Buying is a stressful process as it is, especially when you have 101 other buyers making ridiculous offers, when it starts to feel impossible, Jay stepped in and really helped. There was that sense of value as a buyer, which in some cases can feel some what lost in these crazy times. He's very honest and says it as it is. This is great because you know you can rely and trust what he's saying. What's great more than anything is his availability, If I've ever had any questions he's always quick to respond and question is always answered and resolved promptly. He knew what we where after and was able to find something that we loved. I would highly recommend using Balgores, especially Jay, a true asset to the team!!

I am not the kind of person who writes review but had to do this one for Jay @ Hornchurch and Donna. They both have been amazing. Jay was always there to help and this house purchase would have fallen through without the help of Donna. She is an excellent progress chaser. She kept me informed all throughout the process and went the extra mile to get things done. I have used other high street agent and no comes even close to the service provided by Both Jay and Donna. They are both doing an excellent job and if I was to ever look for an agent I will only be using Balgores Hornchurch.

A massive thank you to Chris Wilkinson who is the area manager for Balgores Mortgages. I was a bit sceptical of using Balgores in house broker service, but I am so glad I listened to them. Chris has been absolutely amazing from start to finish; incredibly professional, clearly knows what he's doing and talking about! He was very calm, approachable,accecable and reassuring. He was incredibly transparent about everything. Ticked all the boxes you'd want in a broker. He was also able to get me considerably more on my mortgage!The whole process felt swift and stress free. Thank you Chris and your team, cannot recommend enough (if you work for Police or NHS - no brainer, Chris really understands the payslip structure).

We had an absolute nightmare of a time trying to sell our house for various reasons outside of our control (and Balgores' control for that matter)- land registry problems, an unprofessional solicitor on the other side, etc. etc. 2 sales fell through and the one that did finally go through took almost 6 months. I honestly think if we had had any other estate agents we would have simply given up. They didn't lose patience with us or our house and kept on going, getting us a decent price in the end.Kellee is an absolute professional- viewings were always lined up quickly and the communication was super. She even looked after our house when we moved abroad.Donna pushed everything through tirelessly and saved my sanity in the process! From the start Kellee was professional and very keen to sell our property.Her valuation was the same as another few estate agents, apart from one who severely undervalued. We used Balgores (Hornchurch) because Kellee shone through. Numerous viewings were arranged very quickly by her team, and Balgores did all the viewings backed up with regular communication.Dan of MAB was superb from start to finish with our mortgage. Donna Hickey was fantastic through the stressful last stages of the sale to completion. Balgores knew we were buying our next property via another estate agent, but they did not hound us. Well done Balgores, you've chalked up another happy customer.We would certainly recommend Kellee and her team at Hornchurch.

Christian and his team took over our mortgage application following some severe incompetence from our previous broker. Christian was very prompt with his correspondence throughout the process of restarting our entire application and although we were incredibly upset about having to do this, he ensured the process was as painless as possible. We got things over the line within 3 weeks which we were very happy with. I would recommend Christian and his team to anyone with mortgage needs.

Glenn was very professional and thorough, spending a lot of time explaining our available mortgage options and always making himself available for any questions. Ultimately helping us in securing a financial product with a very good interest rate!Bobby likewise is very professional and proactive. In fact the house we have just purchased was put forward to us by Bobby who arranged a viewing. We would not have viewed this property otherwise. He is always available for questions and throughout the transaction has been brilliant support in liaising with our surveyor, lawyers and providing us access to the property when required. I found him to be knowledgeable and very helpful in the initial setting up of the sale.Once photos has been taken the property was placed on the market at the correct price and the house sold within a day.
