Can’t recommend Paul Young enough

Can’t recommend Paul Young enough! He was brilliant in sorting mine and my partners life insurance, health insurance, income protection and everything inbetween. We found it really helpful to be able to talk to Paul on the phone and he talked us through everything we needed to know in a way we understood. He definitely got us the best policy for us and our needs and also took all the hard work and stress out of it. I’ve already recommend him to family members and they had the same excellent service. Great service from the mortgage advisor Peter Walker and also from fellow team member Claire. Peter was so helpful throughout the whole process and made it as stress free as possible. Great communication and always responded to queries really quickly, and even managed to get me a better deal on the mortgage after the initial application! Would highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Balgores Dagenham and have to say that every team member there have been wonderful, specifically I was impressed by their patience with me as a client even after I had to reschedule the viewings several times. I also would like to especially thank Ali, who is a mortgage advisor associated with the branch. He has gone above and beyond his role and been very responsive whenever I've had queries. As a 1st time buyer, he's even helped with useful advice and I'm totally relaxed knowing that the process is being handled smoothly. Buying a property is one of the most stressful experiences! So having great advice and what felt like a very personal service made it more bearable. I cannot recommend Peter Walker enough, he was down to earth and made me chuckle every time I spoke to him. He chased solicitors, conversed with the estate agents on my behalf and more. Having worked with other Mortgage advisers in the past I can honestly say Pete takes time with his clients to get to know their requirements and goes the extra mile to get them the best deals. I could not recommend Peter walker and Claire Dartnell any more!! Both absolutely amazing to work with. I was a first time buyer so had untold amounts of questions and took me slightly longer to understand, but the patience from Peter to explain over and over again but to also ensure that I did fully understand. He took massive amounts of work off my hands by communicating with my solicitor, seller solicitor and the estate agents and was super productive. They actually made my move journey enjoyable and I just want to thank them both again!!!

I liaised with Donna during my property purchase. Donna was amazing and exactly the type of person you need when purchasing a property. She was always professional, approachable and if I emailed any query to Donna, I would receive a reply straight away or within 24hrs. Donna would always take time to ensure my solicitor and I had all the information we required and if we didn’t, she would ensure that we received this information. Throughout this whole process I trusted Donna to do what she said she would do, and she never disappointed me. I also liaised with Donna’s colleague Such, on a few occasions, who was also very professional and kind. I would always use the Balgores Group if I ever need to sell a property in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend this Estate agent to family or friends.

I purchased my home through Balgores properties and all the staff have been great and very supportive throughout my journey, each and every member of staff have been so helpful and polite right from the beginning till the day of move. My viewing was with Chloe who was very polite and professionally helpful, was so excited when Billy called me that my offer was through because getting a good house at a good price isn’t exactly easy. Mortgage Brokers - perfect

We purchased our home though Balgores, when doing this they introduced us to their Mortgage brokers, the team there was very helpful and ensure we secured the best deal, fast forward 2 years and remortage time. With the current climate the help secure a extremely good deal before the interest rate rises exploded. From the time we started that to today when the remortgage completed Claire and team have been on top of everything, chasing the law firms and confirming the whole process completed without any issue. Would recommend them to everyone.
