We worked with Abi, Peter & Claire on the purchase of our first home Abi was so fabulous & showed us around a number of properties - she always made sure to call ahead of a property going live on site and have us booked as one of the first viewings We worked with Peter and Claire throughout for our Mortgage. We checked in with multiple brokers & comparison sites and Peter provided a rate significantly more competitive than anything we'd seen with other brokers / lenders. We were first time buyers, Peter & Claire supported throughout the process, always available on email or phone to answer any questions we had - taking us through all the terms of the offer Highly recommend working with the in house team - you can generally get a response from both broker and agent within an hour and it keeps the sale moving at a good pace

I would like to give the highest possible praise to the overall rental service from Balgores Properties and in particular to Dan Lawrence. Dan deals promptly with issues that arise. He makes sure the tenants are listened to and problems sorted in a timely way. Dan always keeps me informed as to what is going on and presents me with solutions, not problems. Dan is a great communicator, fabulous to work with and highly recommended.

Balgores was the agent we used to buy the property. In the final stages of the exchange Billy and Paul both worked hard to get this over the line, especially as the deal ran into some difficulties with our buyer. In the end Billy’s tenacity helped move it forward and finally we succeeded. Two nice guys who are easy to talk to and very professional. Happy to give highest recommendation. Thanks fellas 👍👍

Balgores Property Upminster Branch were excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed with how polite, caring and professional Christopher was from the initial valuation, marketing and thereafter. Abbie, Chloe and Ricky kept us well informed about viewings and feedback. Abbie and Chloe also did the viewings. Once the sale was agreed Ellie sent the appropriate paperwork via email and Donna was our Sales Progressor. The whole team worked hard to secure a sale and for this we are extremely grateful. I would recommend Balgores to anyone who wants to sell their property in the Upminster area.

I was very impressed with Charlie and his team. I had no experience of selling a property by auction but Charlie’s experience gave me confidence. He ensured I was kept up to date at each stage and I am so pleased I took his advice. Thanks to Charlie and his team’s hard work, the house sold for a much higher price than I expected and the process was quick and painless. Contracts were exchanged at the end of the auction and completion will be in 28 days. There is no chance of the buyer trying to re-negotiate on the price or trying to delay the sale. I would definitely use Balgores again and would recommend them as they were both efficient and professional.

Balgores Property has been an amazing service, the team there really did take the time to find me the perfect home that met my requirements. I have now moved in to my property. The reason why I have given this 3 stars and not 5 which I personally would of, is because they referred me to their in-house solicitors - AVRillo. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM !I was quoted by the solicitors 2K but by the end of it i had to end up paying over £3,700, absolute joke !This puts Balgores in a bad light as this is a service you recommend and offered. This has hugely put me out of pocket.

This organisation helped us to sell our existing house and purchase our new house. They took all of the stress and aggravation out of this process making it easy and straightforward for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were unfailing in their limitless patience from the number of times they made themselves available to show us and our contractors our potential new house to the numerous times they helped us navigate the online conveyancing. Their knowledge of the market was spot on and their in-depth knowledge of their customer needs both ours and our buyers and sellers meant that they were able to smooth over any potential problems before they had time to materialise. Excellent service and customer care. We would certainly recommend them unreservedly especially Billy and would have no hesitation in using them for any other moves that we may make.
