There was never a question he didn’t have an answer for and simply made me feel at ease throughout my whole buying process. I’m sure he advised me on more than what his job description holds but nothing was a problem for him. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

Excellent service from Balgores Hornchurch Branch. We have had excellent service from start to (nearly finish) we have exchanged and completion is due soon. Everyone we dealt with were professional, easy to get hold of, and great to deal with. Billy (Manager) Georgia, Connor and Donna were amazing. We would not have got this sale over the line without the extra service they give, the whole team deserve the praise, Donna (sales progressor) has been a fantastic go between for us, the solicitors and the buyer. This sale would not have happened without this team. I highly recommend Balgores, do yourself a favour and use them, you will not regret it!

I recently worked with Peter and Claire to secure a new mortgage for my rental property. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Peter and team worked with me from the get go and guided me through the process brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they was on hand 24/7 for any questions and queries I had. Absolutely fantastic service from these guys and would highly recommend their services. 10/10 from me.

From the moment I walked into the office, although nervous as a senior widow who had decided to sell up, move and downsize, I had a gut feeling that everything was going to be OK and I had made a good choice with going to Balgores. From the point of taking instruction, right through to completion, to the sale of my house, Andrew gave a first class service with regular updates with progress. His knowledge and professionalism shone through when numerous hurdles were put in the way by my buyer's really bad solicitors. He kept me calm and informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Andrew of Balgores (Gravesend) when selling your property.

I want to give a huge thank you to Peter Walker at Balgores Property in Upminster for his outstanding service. From start to finish, Peter was simply amazing. The communication was excellent, he was available almost every time I needed to reach him and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made everything so easy and stress-free. Peter found me a fantastic deal, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service he provided. The fact that he was always there when I needed to ask questions really stood out for me. I’ve already recommended him to friends who are looking into mortgages because I would absolutely use Peter’s services again if I ever needed to move house or get another mortgage. I also have to mention his colleague, Claire, who was just as fantastic. Together, they made the whole experience seamless. I truly can’t recommend Peter Walker and his team enough!

A big thank you to Peter Walker at Upminster. Peter was recommended to me from my parents who have used him twice before, the first time being 16 years ago. Peter has been very informative for us first time buyers and showed a true honesty. Finding our first house took time, Peter was patient and remained helpful when things had to change. Fantastic communication. We were then handed over to Claire who was equally fantastic. IF we ever decide to do the house moving process again, I would use Peter again in a heartbeat.

Couldn't recommend these enough. All amazing but especially Deepuk and Donna. We sadly had to complete the sale on my deceased brothers flat. They were so kind, empathetic and helpful. It made a very difficult process that bit easier. Was what lovely was meeting Deepuk because my brother had already started the sale with him and so Deepuk remembering my brother and their conversations. Definitely went above and beyond expectations. Thanks again!

We don’t Evan know where to start to explain how fantastic our broker Peter walker is. From start to finish Peter took control and handled absolutely everything. He will go above and beyond for his customers we was so lucky to have him. He is the most down to earth man and he will stop at nothing to give you the best of everything. Peter handled our mortgage, home insurances, life insurances and sadly my daily stress. Pete takes it all on his shoulders and will tell you that’s what he is there for to take the worry away from his clients and he does exactly that. He gets things done yesterday and luckily expects the same from everyone else. If you are moving you need Peter walker in your life trust me !!! I can not thank him and his team enough for all his hard work and kindness and I will forever recommend him to absolutely everyone. His skills and dealing with people is top tier.
