Great service from Peter Walker and Claire. Peter was the broker for the purchase. He offered excellent service through out the process. He was always available to answer questions and provide support where some elements of the process got challenging. Should I want to sell or purchase another property, I shall be contacting Peter and Claire.

5* serviceDealing with Donna and her team made a difficult move much better. Being in a precarious chain, Donna had her hand on the tiller at all times and liaised with all parties efficiently and effectively, ensuring that progress was made at all times. If ever people wonder why you pay an estate agent, this in my view is where you get your monies worth. Knowing that having someone deal with what I would consider as a disaster is Donna's typical Tuesday is just the reassurance I needed.

I honestly don't know how to thank Peter , absolutely fantastic, it seemed impossible to be able to buy a property but thanks to Him I'm now in my new apartment writing this review, Absolutely brilliant!!! I recommend it I don't think you can find better, even when everything seemed compromised with his great experience Peter has always made sure that things went the right way. I give 5 stars because I can't put a hundred

As a fist time buyer, purchase your first house is not always the easiest. Although I want to say thank you to Claire, Donna and Peter (mortgage advisor that I would absolutely recommend) for their kindness and their help in this successful project. They always been available for anything we need, it was really good service. Probably we wouldn’t have got our first house in just 4 months without them!!

I want to say a massive thank you to Donna Hickey at Balgores Hornchurch. She has been absolutely incredible through the journey of buying my house.Buying a house can be one of the most stressful things one does in their life but if you have someone like Donna it helps incredibly. She truly is an asset to the team and Balgores are very lucky to have her. I know that she did everything in her power to get our house across the line. She's incredibly lovely to speak, compassionate, incredibly patient and supportive! The amount of endless, stressed out phone calls I have made to her and she has always been able to provide reassurance and comfort along with answers as quick as possible! I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. I actually do think the purchase of my house would have fallen through if it wasn't for her resilience to find a solution.Thank you Donna, you are an absolute star!

Completed today on a house purchase and really pleased with the service received from Kellee and Donna from the Hornchurch branch. Kellee was really efficient and responsive from the outset from arranging the viewings to putting forward my offer. She was great at keeping me posted throughout the entire process and always quick to respond. This was even the case after she moved branches. Donna was also great in progressing the sale and was super responsive too. Moving house is definitely stressful and not everyone is so good at keeping all involved updated and progressing things as quickly as possible, so thanks a lot Kellee and Donna!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Balgores, Dagenham . I am a prospective buyer and have personal mortgage advisor . I made an offer with valid AIP (Agreement in Principle from Bank) + source of funds, They forced me to see thier own mortgage advisor irrespective citing that it is thier norm to ask all the buyer to go through thier mortgae advisor for financial verification . I asked to send their policy document relating to this but never recieved reply . Also they confirmed that offer has been forwarded but the seller confimed that they did not inform them when i went for 2nd viewing. I have dealt with other high street Estate Agents and nobody have asked to see thier mortgage advisior if i declined to . May i suggest 1. Please dont force prospective buyers to see your mortgae advisor if they dont want to and have Valid AIP + source of funds document 2. If it is your policy make it more transparent by mentioning in the Brochure whilst advertising a property .

I recently let a property with Balgores lettings Upminster. Chris Ping visited the property early in the afternoon and was most helpful. Within a couple of hours Chris had put the house on Rightmove. By 5pm that same day Reece Woodhall was showing the property to prospective tenants and within twenty four hours from Chris initial visit to the property Reece had secured a tenant. The entire process was made very easy by Reece, a very likeable professional competent and knowledgeable young man, who kept me informed throughout every step of the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. The tenant moved into the property two weeks after it was first marketed. The service that I received was excellent.

From the start Peter and his team were just great. Pete clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience in the industry and gave us all possible scenarios for our mortgage needs. Providing the most appropriate advice for our case. We found a property at very short notice and needed Pete to secure a mortgage in principle quite quickly but he managed to do this with ease. When this expired due to how long the process was taking Pete quickly extended this for us. I built a really good relationship with him along the way too. And would seek advice for other financial matters. Pete even helped to secure our buildings insurance. Nothing was too much hassle. Claire was also great in assisting with ensuring everything was moving along smoothly and would follow up with solicitors as required. Thank you so much for all your help to secure our dream property.

Donna Hickey was so so helpful in the purchase of our house we have had a few complications and I don’t think I could of got though it with out her. She was the only one that was communicating with me and keeping me updated with what was doing on I would email her and with in minutes she would email me back with a update and would put my mind as rest that it’s being dealt with nothing was too much trouble and I’m so grateful to her for everything she had done for us and to get us over the line so that house then became ours

I sold my property with these and I really couldn’t of wished for any better. I dealt with Donna hickey and Richard and they was both so professional and everything we could of hoped for. If it wasn’t for donna I really don’t believe I would of completed as she was outstanding, she went above and beyond to help. She chased day in day out as the chain was quiet long and messy.
