We have just put our recently refurbished property on the rental market with Belvoir Grantham. Carly and her team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, as overseas landlords and with Covid to deal with, things have been a little more difficult than normal. However with their experience and knowledge of the market they have made the whole process very easy for us. We would most definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Nightmare!!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Moved out of 7 Sudbury Road in Grantham after having paid 6 month rent in advance and 1.100 GBP deposit. Hannah checked me out after 6 month and she and the landlord tried really hard to find any scratch on the walls to claim my deposit. Even charged me 35 Pounds for dust on sockets. Now in dispute 320 Pounds. Disgusting! This property has bad debts so the next one who moves in will have to experience that the credit rating will go down. Very greedy landlord. Will deduct what ever he can

Hannah was great from the day I walked in asking about property's to rent, she straight away recommended a property for us to go view that she said would be perfect for our little family! We had 3 viewing in place for a couple of days later which was fabulously quick as we wanted to move quickly! The house Hannah recommended we went to view first, we didn't want to view the others and applications went in straight away and her reccomendation was just from what I told her I wanted for our new home and it was perfect! She was very friendly and super responsive to all phone calls and emails and always contacted us straight away as she knew how quickly we wanted to move! So from the day I walked into Belvoir it took 3 weeks and we were in our new home! I don't think that would have happened with anyone else but Hannah! We also had an amazing last show us round the house (think her name was Amy) but she was also very friendly, honest and kind! Answered all our questions! Couldn't be more thankful for these amazing people!!

First contact made with Carly was very positive. Her approach was both friendly and business-like and she appeared to have a very good knowledge of all aspects of letting. She was generous with her time and answered fully all questions we had. The information pack provided was comprehensive. I would happily recommend Belvoir's efficiency on the basis of dealings we have had with them thus far. The level of prompt efficiency was maintained by Hannah Spratley with whom I dealt once tenants were found and Helen who did the itinerary.

We used Belvoir Letting Agency in 2013 and would recommend them without any hesitation. The service we have received from the moment we viewed our rental property until our tenancy ended a year later was consistently of a very high and professional standard. Louise in the Grantham officer in particular is an excellent ambassador for Belvoir and her prompt and professional contact between landlord and tenant on a number of routine matters was been greatly appreciated. Many agents can find you a property to rent but in our expereince Belvoir go the extra mile being supportive to both tenant and landord throughout the duration of the tenancy.

I have been with Belvoir 3 years now and I haven't had any problems with them or my property. Just recently I had to contact Belvoir due to some concerns out in the community, which had the potential to effect myself in my home. I spoke to Leanne and she acted ever so quickly and was very empathetic to the situation. I am so glad Leanne was at the end of the phone, she was very professional and I have so much faith and trust in Belvoir. I am confident that if I need their support again they will be able to help. I met Tom on our first tour

I met Tom on our first tour of my new residence - as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and preparing for a 3 year posting to the UK I was somewhat bewildered by the rental process and the difference between Canada and the UK - Tom and the rest of the Staff at Belvoir made the letting process a breeze - thanks to all of the staff at the office and further to Tom's excellent outstanding customer service, Hannah ensured the plethora of paperwork, documentation and signatures to secure my house, via electronic means, went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend

I would highly recommend belvoir lettings. My Company, Somerby Estates, has been letting property since 1974 and have always done everything 'in house' but decided that we didn't have the time to deal with the letting side anymore. We tried two other letting agents in Grantham of which we was unhappy with and then we moved to Belvoir Lettings, which is by far more professional and superior to any of the others we tried, we would highly recommend them. Carly and the team are very understanding of our requirements, they find suitable tenants always, unlike other agents who are just after a fee, and take away the hard work out of the process.

Belvoir Grantham has acted on my behalf over a period of more than 10 years, first as a landlord, then during the sale of 2 houses and currently as a tenant. I have been thoroughly impressed with their service throughout that time in all 3 roles. Everyone with whom I have had dealings has been unfailingly friendly, helpful and efficient. Especially noteworthy was the way in which they protected me from accepting an offer from an enthusiastic buyer who promised no chain, quick completion and more than the asking price, but whom it turned out did not have access to the necessary funds. An ideal buyer was subsequently found within the week. Belvoir Grantham has served me well and continues to do so. I have no hesitation in recommending them heartily.

I chose this agent due to its

I chose this agent due to its size as I have dealt with a smaller company before who found it difficult to get a Tenant in my property. They were very professional to start and took good care of us and got someone in my property within 3 weeks which was excellent. Since then I have had a lot of issues with communication. I feel I do a lot of chasing around via emails or phone calls in order to find out if works have been completed or for invoices. I don't feel they can justify a 12.5% fee. I had a few months where the Tennant was paying late and I again had to chase up through the company to find out what was being done about it and didn't really feel like anyone really cared that much. Communication has improved a little but still not up to what I would expect as a paying customer.

I have rented through various Gants in the past and although they have been professional and did their job there was no human element, I thought all agents were the same until I contacted belvoir in Grantham when they had a property I was interested and I could not believe the service I recieved. I had been through a very difficult time over a couple of years and my situation was not straightforward, Simone was the lovely young lady who took my call and was the most lovely and helpful person, I arranged the viewing and to visit them to discuss things and it was a very positive experience, I am disabled and sometimes takes me a long time to get to places and my journey from Nottingham was not the best with road works etc and I was very late and was becoming quite stressed, I rang Simone to inform her and she was so great and told me not to worry and just to get there when I could , Simone was so different, she was very professional as she should be and very knowledgable about the letting process however she had that extra something that is lacking in so many people these days ...EXCELENT customer service and the vary rare HUMAN KINDNESS and actually listened to my situation and was commits to helping me rent the property I wanted. The whole team at Grantham were lovely and helpful but Simone went above and beyond to make my experience as trouble free as possible, she was so kind I was reduced to tears at one point, a very emotional time for me and she looks after me with a genuine caring attitude. I found the whole experience very positive even though the actual property was not the best when I first moved in and they do not deal with the properties once they are rented they still helped me as much as they could to liaise with the landlords. If I moved again It will be with belvoir I don't think I would go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property in the area, however I would want to deal with Simone and if she ever moved to another agent I would have to follow her too as at the end of the day as wonderful and professional as belvoir were it was Simone who made the experience a positive one. The only downside was COFFEE...... NO COFFEE, LOL , come on girls offering potential clients when they come to make their applications a drink is a must in my book. Take that customer service one step further and add the human element and set yourself apart from the other faceless robotic other agents , moving house is very stressful, we need coffee , 😀😘 Thank you belvoir for all your kindness and help and EXCELENT customer service And THANK YOU Simone for all of the above and that little bit more , you are a very lovely lady xxxx

We moved to Grantham in 2014 and rented our first home through another local Agent. Typically we had issues that needed to be resolved by the Landlord; water leaks, faulty fittings etc. We notified the letting agent and, whilst they appeared to be responsive to our needs, the communication flow between us>them>landlord was terrible. We assumed this is normal when renting a property. We were mistaken! We subsequently moved and rented a new home through Belvoir. The application process was seamless and our Agent (Wendy) is always responsive to our needs. Wendy goes above and beyond our expectations in ensuring any questions/concerns (and gripes!) are actioned. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to rent a property in Grantham or the surrounding villages to use Belvoir.
