The timeframe of application to contract signing with the landlord went very fast and smoothly. Hannah was great too, good communication throughout would 100% recommend.

Our property became vacant during lockdown so we expected to be without income for months.Carly and her team used their initiative of doing video viewings and getting applications and paperwork sorted so as soon as the property market was open again the new tenant was able to move in.We have been working with Belvoir Grantham for 5 years now and have alwys found them professional and happy to help.

As an absentee landlord, I rely totally on Belvoir Grantham to manage my property in Grantham on my behalf. Over many years, I have always received excellent support from the team, and have had very few criticisms of the service provided. My current dealings with Wendy, (property manager), Mark (accounts) and Carly (Branch Manager) have always been handled with great efficiency and courtesy, and I have no hesitancy in recommending Belvoir to other landlords.

Had dealings over several years with Wendy and Carly, as well as Leanne and Mark. I have always found them to be very responsive, happy to help, and they do more than I would normally expect, not only looking after the Landlord, but also the Tenant. Very happy with the levels of service I recieve from Belvoir Grantham. I've worked with them for over 12 years, and will continue to do so.

Direct reviewsI must say that I did not find the letting team proactive , I actually lost at least one week rent because of that. The photos of the property online, were not as (professional) as it should be, It did not really reflect the reality of how good the house was. There was some tiles to be fixed and the agency contractor left it uneven.

Twice within a week we have had to contact Belvoir due to a failure with the toilet and then more seriously a burst water pipe in the kitchen. In both instances our phone call was dealt with politely, sympathetically and more importantly immediately. The plumbers sent each time to make repairs were also VERY efficient and competent. Wendy is a credit to Belvior. Even returning a missed call from us. Thank you.

We have recently been looking for houses to let and do not live locally, the Belvoir team helped make this process much easier for us and were very quick at responding to queries and viewing requests. GoogleVery professional service exactly as it should be (and my standards are very high indeed). Two previous unconnected Agents could not even be bothered to phone me back in a timely manner. Both of my properties instructed at the same time sold to the same cash buyer as an investment within 6 days - completion 20 days later.
