GoogleBest letting agency I had to deal with in my 10 years of renting. Everything was smooth and quick when agreeing on rent and even better when I decided to move out. Direct reviewsI was given the news that I had to find a new rental as my landlord was selling. Natalie couldn???t have been more helpful, or supportive, as I was finding it all very stressful. She found me exactly what I was looking for & I???m now very happy in my new home. Natalie checked how I was doing throughout the whole process, & went above & beyond to make sure I was ok. It made, what was looking to be a very stressful move, actually very easy. I would highly recommend Belvoir Lettings, & especially Natalie. Thank you Natalie.

Direct reviewsHave just gone through the lettings process, as a tenant, with Belvoir and was initially concerned with renting through a huge agency, as I know most large agencies treat you as a number and (usually) do not show any 'cuddly hand-holding' whatsoever!!! We weren???t a normal run-of-the-mill family, as we had some complex needs to fulfil (two dogs and a caravan moved with us!) and we had a list of requirements to fulfil. BUT, absolutely fabulous service. From the initial contact with Natalie when we asked her is we could view a property, through to the completing of the paperwork with Hannah (and my many many endless questions) - to the final sign up with Jane, the whole process was well paced, communicative and exceeded our expectations. Never again will I judge all agencies in the same way. Belvoir Grantham, you truly are very professional and most helpful, Thank you. 5***** throughout.

Direct reviewsI strongly recommend Belvoir Grantham as a letting agency as Carly and her team do a very professional job especially under these challenging circumstances of lockdown and Covid19. Belvoir Grantham explain and answer all your queries, give advice and lead you through the journey of finding a suitable tenant for your property. An update is sent daily on how viewings progressed and the team are only too willing to help at every stage. I rate five stars and will definitely contact Belvoir in the future.

GoogleWorst estate agent. Do not use. They do nothing but lie.. moved into the house and it was complete mess, when I moved out they tried to charge for cleaning.
