Me and my partner have just started renting our house through John Francis Gorseinon and we cannot recommend them enough! Throughout the whole process, from viewing our house to signing contracts, getting deposits sorted, any questions we have about the property, they have been incredibly quick at replying and really go out of their way to make sure our questions are answered. We found the management and staff at John Francis Gorseinon extremely professional with an excellent knowledge of the local area and more importantly always very courteous, friendly and were reassuring at all times. We were contacted to be informed of viewings and these were also confirmed by text. We were also kept informed of the comments from the potential buyers after viewings. We were particularly pleased with the Branch Managers negotiating skills which actually resulted in an uplift over a previous offer we had already accepted due to the previous buyers wishing to purchase another property. Our house we have now we bought through John Francis. We were lied to and told other parties were interested in the house but when I questioned the vendor we were the only ones interested. John Francis also told us we should have used them for the sale of our house as the estate agent we used was cheaper and they were bad mouthing them. Well I can tell you that our selling estate agent was a damn site more professional than yourselves and sold our house quicker than the house we bought that was on the market with yourselves. I wouldn’t recommend John Francis to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. Very unprofessional and incompetent at what they’re supposed to do!!
