GoogleVery pleasant and easy experience with the team at John Francis Gorseinon. I was kept informed throughout and I didn’t need to chase which was refreshing and much different from other agents I’ve dealt with as of recent. The ladies, in particular Davina, went the extra mile to ensure I felt looked after. I’m 7 months pregnant and moving house which is very stressful, however the team ensured I didn’t have to run around and harass people for updates. Very positive experience all round. Thanks again.

GoogleSamuel, Ashleigh and Emma are a great team working for John Francis in Gorseinon . They are polite , friendly, respectful and supportive ( especially with us senior citizens.) My husband Dave and I have had a very smooth and stress free move with them and from one rental to another they made each step manageable and trouble free . Each of them acts very professionally and have a lot of experience individually and between them. Sam in particular has dealt with us the most and has been very patient and kept us updated at each stage . All of the staff we had dealings with we’re both prompt and professional in dealing with our enquires which made the whole process straightforward. GoogleWe had such a great experience with the lettings team at John Francis. Ashleigh showed us around the property. She was very professional and knowlegable about the property. We came into branch and sat with Emma to go through our tenancy agreement. She was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. Since moving in to the property we have been dealing with Sam; who is always on hand to help if we need anything. After experiencing a lot of problems with our last property, the team at john francis lettings have made our renting experience very stress free.
