We received an excellent, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Not having used John Francis before for letting purposes, we were very impressed by their level of customer care. After an initial enquiry about engaging their services, we were contacted a few weeks later as promised and then kept updated at every stage from the initial advertising of the property through to the moving in of tenants. Nothing was too much trouble and all queries were answered and dealt with in a timely manner. I cannot thank or praise Mags, Michelle and Elfed of the Gorseinon branch of John Francis enough. From the very first day of meeting Mags, the manager, I felt that this team of people was going to be going above and beyond to sell our property. And indeed they have done just that. From the get-go, the team were professional, informative, and an absolute god send in a transaction we weren’t familiar with. We’d tried selling twice before with other agents, but John Francis are in a different league. We had a stream of viewers, and ended up with 3 offers at asking price. The team spoke to the solicitors when I couldn’t get any sense out of them, and explained everything with crystal clarity every time I asked...they also demonstrated a massive amount of patience with me and my million questions! Thanks to everyone for making the very best of a stressful process. Mortgage Consultant Paula was also an absolute star. I’m self employed, so getting a mortgage turned out to be far from the simple process I assumed it would be. However, she persisted after I’d resigned myself to having to look at a lesser property, and found me a mortgage with a fantastic rate....I’d have paid any rate at that point, so this was a welcomed surprise! So from start to finish, the entire team at John Francis Gorseinon were outstanding, and after this experience, I’d recommend them not just to anyone, but to everyone!

Just completed the sale of our house in Gorseinon. Phew! We did things the wrong way round - buying first then putting ours on the market. The team at John Francis were brilliant - guiding us through the 'wobbles' about buying out new house then keeping us informed throughout the sale that followed. Davina and Mags are so professional but at the same time warm and reassuring. The two Helens and Holly were lovely when conducting viewings and our mortgage requirements - as retirees 'up-sizing' considerably - were ably handled by Megan. Absolutely shocking behaviour from John Francis rentals in Gorseinon! I won’t name names at this point… but my daughter and son in law agreed to sign a 6 month lease and paid 1 months rent upfront, apparently the house had been “gutted” and newly renovated. However, 2 weeks into them being there mould and mildew appeared. Firstly in bathroom and two of bedrooms but now all over the house, both upstairs and downstairs. They keep fobbing my daughter off (who is 6 months pregnant) and son in law and telling them to keep windows open (which they are doing) and keep heating in (honestly, how do they expect them to afford the heating if on all the time?) My daughter’s mental health is seriously suffering, she put on her coat earlier and saw that too was covered in mould, along with three other coats hanging up. I would strongly advise anyone who is considering renting off them to seriously re consider! Appalling
