A massive Thank You to the superb 5* Team at John Francis Lettings Gorseinon. Emma, Ashleigh and Sam have been incredible. At an extremely stressful time for me they have made things so much easier. Nothing was much trouble for them. They sorted out various problems and have gone the extra mile. A Big thank you tooSam for his help with TV and hob. I would gave no hesitation in using their services in the future.

From start to finish I cannot fault them one bit. Everyone was extremely helpful and very professional throughout the whole application and renting process. A special thanks to Ashleigh, who throughout remained happy, informative and helpful. I really would recommend John Francis lettings to everyone looking to rent.

They are a great team in this office. From start to finish they were very informative, friendly and helpful. On the day of completion our solicitor messed up and sent the money to the wrong place. Helen from John Francis was willing to stay after the office closed (on a Friday!) to help us get the keys on that day even though it was no fault of there’s (it was not needed at the end, but really appreciated) Thank you 🙏

Had a great experience with this branch. We moved from far away and had all kinds of logistical issues so the simplicity of working with John Francis was much needed. The support from Sam specifically was fantastic. He stayed late so we could get our keys and called the next day to check in on us. We are so happy to have gone with such a supportive company and are very thankful that they were so good. 5 stars.
